After their encounter with Mizuki, Amara was set on edge. No matter how hard she tried, she could not go to sleep that night, so, she went out to train.
'You really need to sleep Amara, this is the third time this week you've gone without it...' Amara sighed, running a hand through her blonde hair, which was down for once.
'I know Tenshi...But I can't help it...' Tenshi was silent for a few moments, and Amara threw another kunai at her target, hitting only a little bit off from the bulls-eye. She sighed again, abandoning the target-practice, instead opting to practice her jutsu.
Right as she was about to make the hand sign for a Water Clone, Tenshi spoke up again.
'Why did you use... that.' Amara faltered for a moment, dropping her hands.
"...I don't know." She muttered, leaning against a nearby tree, giving up any and all attempts to train. At this point, she knew she wouldn't be able to train if Tenshi kept talking.
"I..." She trailed off, closing her eyes for a moment.
'You shouldn't let it control you so much Amara. With power like that-'
'-Comes great responsibility, I know!! But what if I'm tired of it?!' She spat mentally. Her eyes narrowed as she glared at a tree, clenching her fist.
'I'm tired of it all! I'm tired of having to hold back, I'm tired of being feared, I'm tired of being ALONE!!' She froze, her eyes widening in shock, at what she said.
'Amara...' Tenshi said gently, as Amara slid down the tree she was leaning against, huddling her kness to her chest,
'I miss Yugito, Tenshi... I miss my sister...' Her shoulders trembled slightly, as she buried her face in her knees, crying silently.
'Oh Amara, I know...I know.' The leopardess soothed, her chakra gently wrapping around Amara. Amara relaxed slightly, the familiarity of Tenshi's chakra calm and soothing towards the rage of emotions she was currently feeling.
'I'm sorry Tenshi...I know you're just worried about me. I shouldn't have used it, and I'm sorry.' There was no reply from the cat, her only reply being the soothing air of Tenshi's chakra intensifying.

Amara arrived at the Academy early the next day, surprisingly before any of the other students arrived. On her way inside, she happened to bump into Iruka, who seemed to be leaving.
"Hello Amara, I was just coming to get you!" Amara blinked, watching as Iruka reached into his pocket, pulling out what looked to be a folded piece of white fabric. Amara froze.
"Is that-" Iruka smiled.
"It is. I had it styled in the fashion of Kumogakure headbands, so you would feel more at home." Amara gingerly took it from his outstretched hands, touching the soft fabric.
It felt exactly like the headbands at home, obviously made out of the same fabric as well. She unfolded it, staring at the forehead protector, that bore the Konohagakure symbol. She felt her eyes sting, and whirled around, wrapping her arms around her sensei's waist.
"Thank you... You don't know how kuch this means to me." She whispered, burying her face in his chunin vest. He smiled, gently placing a ahnd on her head.
"I would do anything for my students, and you kinda saved my hide last night...So, you've earned it." He then frowned, an irk mark forming.
"Besides, it's about time you got that stupid thing!! You should have past ages ago!" Amara laughed, pulling away to give him a cheeky grin.
