I am a high school student, and this is a hobby and a passion. However, that doesn't mean I'm perfect or absolutely an amazing writer better than Uncle Rick ;)

This story has a bit of a history, so if you care, here it is.
The original storyline and plop was written three years ago, by a twelve year-old version of myself. Since then, I've found the beginning chapters before I abandoned it and scratched the idea. As of about four months ago, I've used a nearly identical plot to re-write the story, this time, forcing myself to stick with it. After hours of editing, scratching points I didn't like and adding new ones, I am now proud to share this story, and call it my own.
I hope with all my heart that you love the book, that you fall in love with Brooke and the other characters (I don't want to give away too much yet), even though you'll probably hate them in the beginning.
