I was at the park with Lilly, Madelyn and Lucas. I was sitting on the bench with Lilly talking while Madelyn and Lucas were playing in the sandbox.
"I don't know what to do? I don't want to go back to all the fighting and abuse." I said.
"He's really making you move in with him?" Lilly asked.
"Yeah and I really don't want to. Even when we were together we always fought and I really don't want to go back to that." I said.
"You shouldn't have to." Lilly said.
"But Louis isn't giving me a choice! He's acting exactly like we did when we were together. He's acting like a control freak!" I yelled.
"What do you think is best for the twins?" Lilly asked.
"I want them to have a father but not one that doesn't care about their mother and just uses her as a punching bag." I said.
"Can't you go to court?" Lilly asked.
"Louis will probably find some way to make it seem like I'm the bad parent not letting their kids see their dad. I really don't want to go through that." I said sadly.
"Courtney" Lilly said concerned
"Speaking of Louis." I said as I saw my phone ring. I sighed and picked it up.
"Hello." I said.
"Where are you?! Why have you you not been answering your phone?!" Louis said through gritted teeth.
"I-I didn't h-hear it go off." I said scared.
"Don't lie to me!" Louis yelled.
"I'm n-not" I stuttered.
"You are! Do you think I'm stupid!" Louis yelled.
"N-No I'm sorry I j-just-" I was cut off by Lilly grabbing my phone.
"W-what are you doing-" I couldn't even finished before Lilly started yelling into the phone.
"Listen you bastard! I don't know who you think you are but you stay away from Courtney! You don't deserve her! Lucas and Madelyn don't need a short tempered bastard for a father who hits and yells at their mother! She deserve someone better! You are a piece of crap and Courtney is not moving in with you! Stay away from her!" Lilly said and hung up on Louis.
"Are you insane?! Do you not realize how much trouble I will be in with Louis?" I said worried.
"What does it matter? You two aren't even dating!" Lilly yelled.
"I know but Louis thinks we are. I gotta go." I said and got up from the bench and went over to pick Lucas and Madelyn up.
"Courtney I didn't mean-" Lilly said but I cut her off.
"I just need some alone time with my kids." I said and walked away with the twins in my arms. The twins deserve a father but I can't stand being with Louis. I don't want to move in with him. What am I gonna do?
