Chapter 10

Today was the the day I had finally moved in with Louis and his friends. I unpacked the kids stuff already with Louis' help. I was now unpacking my stuff in Louis' and I's room. Yes I have to share a room with Louis and I honestly don't want to. I then felt two arms go around my waist.

"Hey baby." Louis said.

"I'm not your baby." I said. His grip then tightened on my waist to the point where it was hurting.

"Ow Louis. You're hurting me" I said

"What did you say? Do you want to change your answer?" Louis whispered in my ear.

"I'm y-yours. I'm s-sorry about w-what I said." I said with tears coming to my eyes.

"Finish unpacking. I'm going out with Liam, Zayn, and Harry. Niall will be watching you so don't even think about leaving!" Louis said and kissed me. He then released me and walked away. I then fell to the floor crying forgetting about my stuff.

'Is this what my life is going to be like? Louis' girlfriend and always getting yelled at or hit by him? I don't want this! I want to be with someone who actually cares about me and Madelyn and Lucas. I thought.

Just then I heard someone clear their throat. I looked up to see a guy with blonde hair and beautiful blue eyes. It was Niall.

"Are you okay?" Niall said with knocked me out of my thoughts

"Y-Yeah." I said and got up off the floor and I continued to unpack.

"Do you need help?" Niall offered

"N-No." I sttuttered and wiped the tears from my eyes and continued to unpack. I then felt a hand against mine. I looked to see we both went to grab for the same shirt and I felt sparks from his touch I instantly pulled away and he grabbed it. 'I couldn't have feelings for him could I? No don't be rediculous Courtney. You barely know him and for all you know he could be like Louis? But if he was like Louis would he be helping me? I'm so confused right now.' I thought. Once we were done we both looked at each other.

"Thanks." I said unsure on how to address him.

"Niall, remember? Madelyn and Lucas' mom? Courtney right?" Niall asked.

"Yeah." I said.

"You are beautiful." Niall said and I blushed.

"No I'm not." I said with a blush.

"Who said?" Niall asked.

"Louis." I whispered but I could tell he heard it.

"Mommy!" I heard. I looked to see Madelyn come over to me in tears.

I then bent down and picked her up so she was in my arms.

"What's wrong princess?" I asked.

"Lucas stole m-my d-dolly" Madelyn said in tears. I then left the room with Niall following me and I saw Lucas indeed had his sister's doll while playing with his batman toy.

"Lucas give your sister her toy back." I said

"Fine."Lucas said and threw his sister's doll to the floor roughly which I have never seen him do. What has gotten into him.

"Why don't we put a movie in for them?" Niall asked.

"Okay. Lucas, Madelyn want to watch a movie?" I asked.

"Yes!" Madelyn and Lucas said. Niall then showed me the movie room and put in Aladdin for Lucas and Madelyn. He then pulled me away and into another room which I was guessing was his.

"Niall what's going? W-what are you doing?" I stuttered as Niall pushed me up against his bedroom wall. All of the sudden I felt his lips on mine. At first I was too in shock to kiss back but then I closed my eyes and kissed him back. He then pulled away and I opened my eyes to see him looking at me.

"I'm sorry Courtney. I know you're with Louis but when our hands touched I felt a spark and I felt fireworks when we kissed. I understand if you don't feel the same." Niall said sadly.

"Kiss me." I said. Niall then smiled and kissed me and I jumped up on him and he held my legs and brought me over to his bed and we continued to kiss until we heard the door to Niall's room open.

"WHAT THE HELL?!" I heard a voice yell. Niall and I then released from our kiss and we looked over to see a furious Louis. Oh no this is not going to end well.
