Chapter 20

It has been a few weeks since I told Louis about being pregnant with Harry's baby. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant. I have been staying locked in this room afraid of what Louis will do to me since he knows I'm not carrying his child but another mans. I have decided to leave with the twins to somewhere safer than here. I can't have them growing up with a father who abuses their mother and I can't take the chance of them getting hurt. I had already packed my stuff and was currently packing the twins things.

"Mommy where we going?" Lucas asked

"We're going away for a while." I said sadly

"Where? Daddy coming?" Madelyn asked

"No sweetie daddy's not coming. Just going to be you, me and Lucas." I said

"Why?" Lucas asked

"Daddy he hurts mommy." I said with tears forming in my eyes

"Why he hurt mommy?" Madelyn asked

"I don't know princess." I said and packed the last of their stuff.

"I no like daddy anymore! I no like mommy hurt!" Lucas stated

"Me too!" Madelyn said imitating her brother.

"I pwotekt mommy and sissy!" Lucas stated

I then hugged them both.

"I love you both so much." I said and kissed each of their foreheads.

I then took out my phone.

"Hello" I heard an all to familiar Irish accent say

"Niall please you've got to help me. Please find me. I'm trying to escape with my kids. I can't take it anymore. Please." I said with worry.

"Okay calm down is there a window by you" Niall asked

I then looked around and saw one.

"Yes." I stated

"What do you see?" Niall asked

"I just see a wooded area by a lake." I stated

"Is there anything else you see?" Niall asked

"There's a dirt path leading to somewhere" I said

"Okay I know where you are. I need you to listen carefully Courtney. I need you to get whatever you can carry and the twins and follow that path. It should lead you to a road I will meet you there. Understand?" Niall said

"Y-yes." I said scared I would get caught.

"Don't worry everything will be okay. We'll be together soon princess." Niall said.

"How do I get away if Louis is here?" I stated.

"Don't worry about them. Louis shouldn't be there now. He normally has gang meetings at this time but I would go out the window just to be safe and be as quiet as possible" Niall said

"Okay." I said

"I'm leaving now. I will meet you soon." Niall said and hung up. I then grabbed the twins and put them through the window with their bags. I then got my bags and went through the window.

"We have to be really quiet okay?" I said whisper like to the twins and they both nodded. We then took the path which wasn't far until we came to a road. I tried looking for Niall but I didn't see him yet so I kept walking until I saw and all too familiar blonde with blue eyes. Niall. I ran up to him with the kids behind me and hugged him.

"Come on we don't have much time." Niall said and put our bags in the car and then helped me put the twins in the car. Where we were going I had no idea I just hope it's far away from Louis and his gang and they won't find us so I can live a happy life with Niall.
