chapter 2

   When i left i ended up at the same place i always go to, the pond. My dad use to bring me here all the time. But that was ages ago. He left when I was 4, I still don't know why but I think its best not to know. I don't know how long I stayed there just starring at the fish jumping but my mom called. "Hello." "Sweetie." "Yes mom." "You know its almost 9:30."
    I looked at the time on my phone. " Oh my gosh, no im sorry I will be home in like 20 mins." "OK sweetie,love you." "Love you to." I got up and walked to my car. By the time I got home it was 10:00. Mom was sitting on the couch.
     When I walked through the door she got up. "Mom,I'm sorry I lost track of time and before I knew it you were calling me." I let out all in one breath. My mom didn't look mad all all. She smiled. "Sweetie,its ok your old enough to know when you've been out long enough." 
   WHAT!! "O-O-K."  I stuttered shocked by my moms mood. "I have something to tell you." Bingo now I know why. "Yes?" She paused "I finished packing the rest of the stuff."  I just starred at her. "The house is ready,we're moving in tomorrow."
    WHATTTT!!!! This soon. "But I thought they just started working on it?." Her smile fell into a frown. She must've sensed my uneasiness. "Mom,look, its not that im not happy because god,yes I am. We can leave this house and all the memories.". Her smile came back some.
    "Its just..." She slumped down. "I'm nervous and scared to start over.." She got up. "Oh sweetie,come here." She opens her arms and I went into them and hugged her, I was truly scared to start over. New friends new everything. When she let go she whispered, "your gonna be fine,your a strong rock."
     She smiled ,kissed my cheek and walked away. She used to tell me that all the time. I went up to my room, flopped on my bed and then need on my radio. I got out my phone and texted Indie.
                   
Iz-- * Hey
                     
In--* what's up?
                     
Iz--*  I'm leaving tomorrow.
                       
In--*  WHAT!!??!!!? CALL MEE..

So I dialed her number and she answers on the first ring.  "Hello" "What?your leaving tomorrow?" " yes my mom said that the house is ready." "What time are you getting to the airport tomorrow?" " think 6 a.m,so we have to wake up early." Her voice broke.
    "I'm gonna miss you so much Iz." I heard her lot out a few sobs. My eyes started to brim with tears." I'm gonna miss you to In." A few tears slid down my face "Promise you will    call,text,visit whenever you can." "In you know I will,I love you sissy." "I love you to sis, I got to go or my mom is going to take my phone."
     I let out a forced laugh."Ok, In I love you." "I love you to Iz" "See you later."  When she moved away from the phone I heard her crying. It broke my heart. She is my everything and I'm leaving. I cried for I don't know how long but at some point I fell asleep,hoping and wishing this was the right thing to do. Leave my best friend behind.
