"The graphic designs are sent to your email, hyung." Jimin said as soon as he entered his cousin's office, looking around, Jimin frowned when he noticed the messy office. "That's good then, go home." Chanyeol said and Jimin raised his brows. "What?" He asked and Chanyeol shrugged his shoulders.
"You finished your work already. I trust your graphic designs too, besides the anime you're making will only air at least twice a week. There's no need to rush." Chanyeol coolly said and Jimin frowned as he watched his cousin put his legs above the table and grinned.
"Seriously." Jimin muttered under his breath.
"What?" Chanyeol asked. "Nothing." Jimin answered.
"Well, I'll give the work to another graphic artist for the next episodes besides the characters you're holding won't appear that much. Go home and catch some sleep, you look like a panda." Chanyeol said and Jimin sighed as he pressed the bridge of his nose.
"I'm fine hyung." Jimin retorted.
"Doesn't mean you really are." Chanyeol countered and Jimin frowned. "What are you insinuating?" Jimin asked and Chanyeol shrugged his shoulders. "Maybe it's time to break down those ice walls, I miss my cousin." Chanyeol said removing his feet from the table and standing up.
"There's nothing wrong with me." Jimin defended and Chanyeol shrugged yet again. "Okay, let's say you told me the truth. I still won't let you do those works for now, leave it to someone else." Chanyeol said and Jimin sighed, as much as he's stubborn, his stubbornness is nothing compared to Chanyeol.
"Then give me another work." Jimin said and Chanyeol frowned. "Why do you want to work so badly? Oh my god, don't tell me you have a family now and you need to buy expenses for your child!" Chanyeol said dramatically and Jimin shook his head.
"You know I don't even have a girlfriend." Jimin said and Chanyeol laughed. "Right." He answered.
"So?" Jimin asked. "Okay, can you move those posters to the storage room? I need to free up some space here in my office." Chanyeol said while pointing at the scattered posters at the corner of the room together with other packed boxes. Jimin nodded his head wordlessly.
"Okay." Jimin said and went to take the first box.
"Let's have lunch later!" Chanyeol said before Jimin can go out of his office.
"Will do." Jimin answered.
"Oh, you're here too."
Jimin heard that familiar voice making him groan, throwing the box on the floor. Jimin spun around only to see Chorong standing at the door of the storage room carrying the posters that seemingly came from his cousin's office with a smug grin on her face.
Ignoring her, Jimin dusted his hands of and was about to walk past her when Chorong blocked the door.
"What the hell do you want?" Jimin asked and Chorong smirked.
"My offer still stand." Chorong said and Jimin scoffed. "I told you Chorong, I won't date you. Even if you bawl your eyes out right now." Jimin said and Chorong chuckled not wanting to step down the fight. "Oh, come on. It won't hurt to date me." Chorong said and Jimin sighed.
"I'm never going to be one of your collections." Jimin said and Chorong raised her brows. "Oh, right." Chorong answered with a smirk, Jimin shook his head. "Now move." He threatened and Chorong raised her brows.
"Or what?" She countered.
Having no choice, Jimin grabbed Chorong wrist and dragged her inside the storage room making her move away from the door and stumbled towards the boxes, Chorong hissed.
"You asked for it." Jimin said before he stepped out of the room.
Looking at her hand, Chorong groaned when she saw a scratch across her palm.
She chuckled.
"At least I got him talking to me."
"Jimin, why is your face so red?" Chanyeol asked when he saw his cousin barge in inside his office. Slamming his hand against the wooden table, Jimin clenched his fist.
"Fire Park Chorong." Jimin said and Chanyeol raised his brows.
"What?" Chanyeol asked in disbelief.
"Fire. Park. Chorong." Jimin said, the tone of his voice full of anger and Chanyeol shook his head. "Why am I going to fire her?" Chanyeol asked and Jimin removed his hands from the wooden desk and groaned. "Fire her or I'll resign from this company." Jimin threatened and Chanyeol looked at his cousin in confusion.
"What did Chorong do to you?" Chanyeol asked. "She's pissing me off!" Jimin said, his voice loud.
"Oh, come on. You know how playful can she be." Chanyeol said and Jimin scoffed. "Are you siding her now?" Jimin asked and Chanyeol sighed as he pressed his fingers against the bridge of his nose. He hates facing a hot-tempered Jimin, but unfortunately there he is, about to erupt like a volcano.
"I'm not, but she doesn't do anything. Heck, she doesn't break the company's rules Jimin. Be reasonable." Chanyeol said, his voice raising too and Jimin groaned. As much as he hated it, Chanyeol's right, Chorong did nothing wrong to the company.
"If she's pissing you off then I'll talk to her. Just don't resign or don't make me fire her, you two are the best workers I have here in the company." Chanyeol added knowing that Jimin won't talk to him any further. "I know she's never been nice in your eyes after all those rumors that you've heard of her. But she's nice a woman, Jimin. Maybe she just wanted to be friends." Chanyeol said and Jimin shook his head, he retreated back.
"I'll never be friends with her." Jimin said as he walked out of his cousin's office not forgetting to slam the door.
"Oppa, you called me?" Chorong said as soon as she entered Chanyeol's office. Hearing the latter's voice, Chanyeol tore his gaze off the computer screen and smiled at Chorong. "Yes, I did." Chanyeol said and Chorong raised her brows before taking a seat on the chair in front Chanyeol's desk.
"Is something wrong?" Chorong asked.
"It's about Jimin." Chanyeol said and Chorong raised her brows. "What about him?" Chorong asked pretending not to know anything and Chanyeol sighed. "You know how pissed he is at you right?" Chanyeol asked and Chorong nodded her head. "Yeah, I know." Chorong answered.
"Can you please, stop talking to him then? You see, Jimin went here earlier and asked me to fire you." Chanyeol said and Chorong's eyes widened, she never expected Jimin to be that pissed. "He also threatened me that if I don't, he'll resign." Chanyeol added and Chorong frowned.
"But..." Chorong trailed.
"I don't want to lose you nor lose him, you know that. But, I told him that I will talk to you, you know how bad he is at socializing with people, let alone get along or be friends with them. So can you promise me one thing?" Chanyeol asked and Chorong pondered about it for a moment before asking.
"What is it oppa?" She questioned.
"Can you promise me not to bug him anymore? Don't try to talk to him or approach him." Chanyeol said and Chorong frowned. She didn't like the thought.
"I... can't." Chorong answered and Chanyeol looked at her questioningly.
"Why?" Chanyeol asked.
"Because it's the only way I can talk and be with him."
