"What the... hell." Chorong muttered while looking at her wet shirt.
"It's payback." He said as he winked again and Chorong tried to suppress her smile wanting to make him think that she's annoyed but failed when she unconsciously reach out her hands to the water and scooped it sending it flying towards Jimin's face with some sand on it.
The sight made her laugh hardly while Jimin coughed and wiped the sand away from his face.
"You..." Jimin muttered as soon as he removed the sand away from his eyes, Chorong ran and Jimin ran after her. Being not so athletic, Chorong slowed down and Jimin managed to grab her arm.
"Yah! No!" Chorong shouted when Jimin dragged her deeper into the waters.
"It's payback, I think I got sand inside my clothes." Jimin said with an evil smile and Chorong yanked his hand and ran away but failed when Jimin grabbed the back of her shirt. "Hey! Be a gentleman!" Chorong shouted as she jogged backwards and Jimin laughed as he continued to drag her.
"No, no one's here. So I won't." He answered before dragging her back into the waters again. "No!" Chorong shouted as she flailed her arms and Jimin laughed before letting go of her. "See? Chicken." He said before going back to the shore and Chorong frowned before splashing water on him again.
Jimin turned around and Chorong ran away laughing.
"Oh! Look, the sun's going to set soon!" Chorong said in excitement when she saw the sun turned into slightly darker tones of orange. Looking up, Jimin nodded his head as she observed the rosy hue of the clouds near the sky.
Looking down again, Jimin glanced at Chorong and saw her shivering. Standing up, Jimin walked towards the car. "Where are you going?" Chorong asked while watching him open the back door of the car.
"Getting something." He answered, loud enough for Chorong to hear.
Shrugging her shoulders, Chorong looked back again to the shore to watch the sunset when she felt something warm wrap around her shoulders. Looking up, Chorong saw Jimin taking his seat again beside her before looking down on shoulders only to find out that it was a thin blanket.
"Still cold?" Jimin asked, his eyes staring straight into the sunset.
"No, thank you." Chorong said and Jimin nodded his head.
"Good then." He said and silenced engulfed them with only the sound of the waves accompanying them.
"Jimin-ah." Chorong called after a full minute of silence. "Yeah?" Jimin asked, his eyes till kept staring straight.
"Nothing." Chorong said while looking down and Jimin raised his brows. "Hey, what is it?" He asked, his eyes now fixed on her.
"Can I ask you something?"
"You already did." Jimin answered with a chuckle and Chorong faked a frown. "I'm serious." she said and Jimin took a deep breath and composed himself again. "Okay, so? What is it?" He asked and Chorong fiddled with her fingers.
"Will you..." She trailed.
"Will I?" Jimin asked.
"Will you ignore me again when we go back to Seoul tomorrow?" Chorong asked and Jimin found himself not able to say anything.
That was a good question, and he knew he has no answer to that. He doesn't want Chorong to take it the wrong way, but he's aware of what the people will say if they found out about him and Chorong getting close just because of a short work getaway.
