Yui's P.O.V. Relief. Sweet relief. Sure I'm pretty angry that now I have to wait to ask Bertholdt what I was going to ask him, but at least now thanks to our teacher, I have time to word it out right. I walk to my seat and catch a glimpse of Bertholdt, he looks like he's going to puke.

An hour later and I'm sweating like a pig, what do I say? How do I say it? Will he even say yes? Will he-

"You know the bell rang, right?"

"hmm? Ah yes, I was just thinking." I grunted as I stood up, looking for the tall boy and his devious friend. I saw them under a few strands of my red hair, they were both waiting for.... Me?

"Are you going to stand there, Tachibana or are you coming with us?" his deep voice rang through the room. I shook my head and smiled. Look. Cool. Put your left foot in you out your left foot oU- TRIP! Lord God no not now.

"OOMF." I tripped on Bertl. Wow yes okay good that was perfect, right? Tripping on your crush eh.

"Uh.. almost lost you there, Yui!" I looked up to meet his emerald eyes. They were full of care and trust. Do it, it's now or never!

"Thanks, Bertholdt... uh say.." standing up straight and brushing myself off I finally mustered up the courage "would you mind going....." Say it! "do you want to maybe grab something to eat after school? I mean you don't have to, but it'd be nice to, ya know?" I looked up at Reiner, who was looking at Bertholdt.

please don't faint!!

"He'd love to! Pick him up at 7, yeah?" Reiner spoke up, making Bertl blush and look away quickly, but he agreed to the "date".

"Okay now.." The muscular blonde came in between you two, "Hug it out c'mon, group hug" I shrugged and wrapped and arm around Reiner and stretched my other one out, motioning for Bertholdt to join. He walked towards us, then..

doink!

He fell. Right in front of me. "Help me drag him to class, would you, Tachibana?" I sighed and picked up his upper portion of his body, swiping my fingers on his delicate face. This is the first time I have seen someone faint with a smile on their face.

HI OK SORRY FOR TAKING SO LONG I HAD FINALS AND I FAILED GEOMETRY FOR THE SECOND TIME OK I'M A JUNIOR I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR TRIANGLES SHOULDN'T I BE WORRYING ABOUT COLLEGE SOON IDK MAN. BUT I PASSED EVERYTHING ELSE TYBG.

I hope this is okay, kind of a little bit of a filler for next chapter I guess? I hope you all had a lovely Christmas !!!! I didn't get bertl under my tree :-( Next chapter will be 8000x better ok I s2g.
