It actually wasn't too hard to nick a tent, the place was pretty much ripped apart anyway so all they had to do was, hop in, grab a tent, grab camping supplies and gap. So, pretty simple to be honest.

Mark's spirits seemed to lighten after they raided the supermarket and he was able to grab a literal truckload of chocolate, which he proceeded to munch on as they started on the hike. All of them had large backpacks on their backs, Rays had food supplies, mostly tins of baked beans, utensils, and camping knives. Mia's had poles, torches, and lanterns. Whilst Mark had the tent canvas and sleeping bags. Ray also had his, smaller backpack, which now had numerous chargers as well as his laptop in it, strapped onto the back of his bigger one. It was only now that he realised how weird everything was, here he was, about to set off on some camping expedition to London, with Mark, a girl who he had just met, whilst they were getting chased by something out of a nightmare. It was seriously strange.

The sun was just rising when they started out on their journey, lighting up the skyline with a glorious display of colours, pity they were the only ones seeing it. They were walking through a seemingly never ending amount of fields.

Ray hurried up to Mia who was ahead holding her phone so they knew which direction to go.

"Is it just fields the entire way there?" He asked her, trying to make a conversation out of this uncomfortable silence.

"Pretty much, but we'll be coming to a village soon" She replied not looking up from her phone screen.

"How have you even got signal?" He questioned, "I mean we're in the middle of nowhere,"

"Vodafone," She stated.

"How are you guys walking so fast?" Mark called from behind puffing along at a slow pace.

"Because we didn't eat half a tonne of chocolate in the first 10 minutes," Ray shouted back at him laughing,

"Yeah well... I was hungry..." He grumbled hurrying up to where we were, "And I have needs,"

"Special needs?" Mia asked innocently,

"Shaddup." Mark scowled at her.

"Only kidding mate," Ray grinned at him.

It was coming up to lunchtime when they came across the village, at first sight of it Ray's vague hope of there being people there who could help them vanished, the first house they saw had literally been ripped apart, it was a horrible sight. But still no blood.

They were around the village hall when they heard a scream, a high pitched, female scream, all three looked at each other and as one they dropped their bags and ran towards the sound, all grabbing knives from Ray's backpack on the way.

As they rounded the side of the hall they saw a big man holding onto a crying, screaming girl trying to rip her shirt off.
