Scorpius Malfoy had heard nothing but good things about the Potter-Weasley family since he could remember. Draco spoke often about their bravery, and brains, heroism, and skill. However, Draco would never speak of his relationship with them. This was why Scorpius Malfoy was baffled when first stepping onto the Hogwarts Express to find many Weasley-Potter faces scowling down at him. When sharing a compartment with Rose and Albus, he was told a completely different story than the ones he had grown up with and now understood why Draco had avoided the family in Diagon Alley and had repeatedly rejected Scorpius' suggestions of meeting the legends.
