Victoire Weasley and Teddy Lupin were brainstorming for something creative to show for their muggle studies exam at Hogwarts. Everyone else was doing a report on electronics, muggle clothing, muggle weapons, etc. Victoire and Teddy were teammates and shared a competitive spirit and wanted something original, creative, not heard of.
