It was a Saturday morning and Mia does not work at the weekend, because her patients went home to their families and the ones who stayed there were always the nurses. Mia decided to go shopping, just as Gideon decided to go shopping.
MI and Gideon, not together, were in the grocery store and Mia was trying to pick up a bunch of mushrooms when Gideon walks over to her and when she turns around, she bumps into him and she almost falls, but Gideon holds her tightly and they almost They kiss so close they are from each other.
"Are you okay?" He asks.
"I am, and did I hurt you?" She asks.
"no." He said with a smile and Mia smiled too.
They were going to the car when Gideon gains courage and asks:
"Mia, you would have dinner with me tonight, if you have no plans of course."
"I would love to." she said.
"What time do I pick you up?" He asks.
"At 8:00 in the center of Roanoke County, behind the chapel has a big house, that is my house." she said.
"okay." he said.
Mia went home and asked her best friend, Kate, to help her choose what to use for dinner. Kate picked up a pink dress.
"It's this one?"
"No, very bold." "Said mine, and took off a pair of classic trousers and a shirt and a classic jacket. "This is much better."
"You do not think a dress would be any better." She asks Kate.
"I think a dress would mean that I'm offering it, and I do not want it to be." Answered Mia.
"You know." Kate said, smiling.
Gideon went inside his hut and began to prepare dinner, he did his specialty. After dinner was ready it was Seven-thirty in the evening, so Gideon went and dressed, he wore classic pants and a black shirt, leaving two top buttons unbuttoned. Then he went to pick up Mia at her house. But before he got there, Gideon bought five red roses to offer her to Mia.
Arriving at her house, he rang the bell and Mia answered. And Gideon offered her the flowers, Mia loved the flowers and put them in water before leaving the house. Mia got inside Gideon's car and they went to Gideon's cabin.
When they arrived at Gideon's house, Gideon had set up a round table with two dishes and candles lit and very romantic classical music and this made Mia realize that Gideon was a Romantic.
"Wow, you really are a great cook." Said Mia, and Gideon smiled.
"More wine?" He asks.
"Jason, I'm not responding after the second cup. And Gideon put more wine in Mia's bowl. "
Mia and Gideon toasted and they both drank.
Mia looked at Gideon and asked, "I'd sound old if I said they do not make music like they used to."
"Yes." Said the Gideon smiling and Mia smiled too. Gideon then rose and took Mia's hand to dance.
Mia got up and gave Gideon his hand and they both danced.
Then Gideon and Mia hugged each other and Gideon started kissing Mia. And Mia corresponded to him.
Mia and Gideon just stopped kissing as Mia's phone started ringing.
"excuse." She said and picked up the cell phone. " Yes?"
"Hi Mia, it's me James, I wanted to talk to you." Said James.
"What do you want, James?" Mia asks without patience.
"I wanted you to give me one more chance, I promise I would never hurt you again." Said James.
"James, look I do not have the patience and I'm not stupid." When Mia said that, Gideon stared at her. "You betrayed me with your secretary, our courtship ended two years ago, see if you understand and I have moved on." And MIa looked at Gideon and he smiled.
"With that Dinner Man?" James asks in a huff.
"It does not interest you and leave me peace." She said to Mia and hung up the cellphone. He looked at Gideon and said, "Sorry again, for this."
"it's all right." He said and walked over to her. He touched her cheek and kissed her again and she responded.
But the kiss did not take long because Gideon's cell phone rang.
"excuse." He said and answered. Gideon hung up the cell phone and told Mia. "I'm sorry, but I need to go, there was a problem at the Smithsonian, a spot where you can see birds, I have to go. Said Gideon.
"okay." she said.
"I'll take you home," he said.
"It's ok." she said. Gideon left Mia at home a half hour later and nailed the Smithsonian he had opened.
