Mia was sitting on the couch waiting for Gideon to bring the pregnancy test to see if she was pregnant or even the flu.
Gideon had left the cabin and got into the car and drove to the nearest pharmacy. He said nothing to Mia, but Gideon was nervous about Mia's supposed pregnancy.
He had already had Stephen, but he had not been in the life of the son, had been a disappointment as a father and did not want to be again, wanted to give everything to be present in the life of the son or daughter.
Gideon got out of the car and went into the pharmacy and went to the pharmacist.
"Good morning. How can I help you?" Asks the man.
"I wanted a pregnancy test." Said Gideon.
"what brand?" Asks the man.
"The best I have, and I do not want one, but two or three." Replied the nervous Gideon.
"Yes sir." Said the man and went to get three of the clearblue brand. "It's 30 dolars."
"Here it is," said Gideon, holding out his money.
Gideon left the pharmacy and got into the car and drove to the cabin.
When Gideon arrived at the cabin, Mia got up and Gideon gave her the pregnancy tests, while Gideon went to buy the tests Mia drank water. Mia went to the bathroom and went to do the test.
Five minutes later she left the bathroom with two tests done and both positive. When she handed the tests to Gideon, he took her in his lap and whirled around. He kissed her cheerfully.
Then Gideon went to the bedroom and picked up a box he had bought last week and was preparing to make the proposal.
"Look, I do not want you to think it's because of the pregnancy, I've been going for it since last week." And in that he took the box and held it out to her. "will you marry me?"
"Yes, I do." She said, crying.
Gideon put the ring on Mia's finger and kissed her Gently so she did not get sick again.
Then Gideon laid down Mia on the couch and goes on top of her kissing her like there's no tomorrow for him.
