Mia got up from the bed and Gideon was still sleeping, she went to take a shower, got dressed and went to prepare breakfast. When she finished making breakfast, Mia woke Gideon with a kiss.
"Good Morning." He said lazily.
"Good lazy day." She said, smiling.
"such as?" He asks, sitting up in bed.
"I'm fine, and did you sleep well?" She asks.
"wonderfully well." He said and kissed her.
Then he got up and went to take a shower, dressed in classic pants and a white shirt.
Are you going to work today? " Asks Jason.
"Yes, I have two new patients and I can not miss any more, and you're going to leave?"
"I'm going to buy some new books, I've already read the entire collection." He said with a smile.
"Okay, it'll do you good to get out of that cabin a little. Get some sun." She said, preparing his plate.
"I should also go to the Smithsonian later." he said.
"It does a lot to spread a little, it will do well for the skin and leave you a little flushed, it's very white." She said in a worried tone of voice.
"Wait, are you talking to my wife or my doctor?" He asks, grinning wryly.
"both." she said.
"Ah, okay, I forgot that I'm getting married to a doctor." He said smiling and before leaving he gave her a kiss. They both went in separate cars, for Gideon did not know what hour he would leave the Smithsonian.
When Mia arrived at the clinic, everyone noticed the ring.
"Gideon, did he ask you to marry him?" She asks Kate.
"Asked, and I have other news." Said Mia.
"what?" She asks Kate.
"I'm Pregnant." she said.
"congratulations." She told Kate.
Everyone gave him the congratulations, including James, but it was clear that he was sad, because that would mean that he would never again conquer the beautiful and lovely Mia Jacobs.
Mia had with all her patients and everyone asked the same thing, "were you going to get married?" And every time Mia answered that "yes, I will".
Mia had that clinic for patients with cancers and terminal thyroids. She spent her time minimizing the pain of others, helping others and that was one of the reasons Gideon fell in love with her. And Gideon loved to help people and was a wise man who gave advice, but they helped many people and that was one of the reasons why Mia fell in love with Gideon.
