Here is my next chapter. Sorry if there are any spelling mistakes. This chapter probably won’t to good.

Logons pov

“It has been two weeks and they still haven’t stopped asking for more detail on how we got the medals.” Karren said to me as we waited for Triss to get here. Already this morning, five different people had come up and asked us about getting the medals.

“Well, it is the most interesting thing for the school to talk about at the moment, apparently.” I replied with a smirk. As I looked around, I saw another group of students coming over and I sighed, this hero worship was overrated.

“Looks like you two are still the talk of the town.” Triss said as she walked over to us.

“Well it doesn’t help that you keep on mentioning it every second!” I implored her.

“Come on, we’re going to be late for class.” Karren interrupted before the argument could go on any longer.

“Fine, what do you have?” I asked them both.

“Well, I have science and Triss has French.” Karren answered.

“I got English, see ya later.”

Karrens pov

The first block of periods pasted in the blink of an eye. Finally it came to the 4 period of the day and we all had the same class, maths. As we walked in, Logon made a beeline to the back corner, as he always did. We sat in the two desks in front of him.

“Today class, we are learning to find the area of a demi-hemi-gon.” Said the teacher. The whole class sighed. This was going to be a long lesson.

It’s only been twenty minutes and it already feels like an eternity. There came a sudden knock at the door. Thankful for any distraction, I looked up and saw a person in what looked like a dark-green jacket, a white, perfectly pressed shirt underneath it, dark-green trousers with a black belt and black dress shoes.

“Yes, what is it you want?” the math teacher said nicely.

“I would like to speak to Logon, if that is of no inconvenience.” The person replied. I looked back at Logon. He was already standing.

“Ur, yes, you can speak with him.” The teacher stammered. Logon moved to the door. I looked at Triss with a questioning look. She just shrugged back. I looked out the window just as Logon saluted the other man. Why would Logon salute him? He’s not in the army, is he? Just then the man in the dark green coat said something that made Logon’s face fall.

“What do you mean they’re dead? Who killed them?” logon shouted after the shock from what the man had said had dispersed a bit. The man said something else and Logon hung his head. They started walking back to the class.

“I am taking Logon home for the rest of the day Miss.” the man said as Logon moved to where his stuff was. His face had a hollow expression on it.

“What’s wrong Logon?” I asked as he walked past.

“It’s my parents, they have been killed.”

The rest of the day pasted slowly. I don’t know why, but I couldn’t get Logons face out of my head. He looked so distort when he had come back into class. By the end of the day, my mind was made on what I would do.
