I woke up to the annoying sound of my sisters too loud alarm on her phone. I waited a couple of seconds to see if she would wake up this time, but typical Lucy.. she didn't wake up.
I lazily walked over, turned it off/pressed snooze and layed it next to her ear to make sure she would wake up next time it would start. I layed in my bed again and waited for my own alarm to go off.
When I finally got out of bed, my sister had already left for school. She leaves early. I don't know why though.
I walked over to the bathroom. The first thing I saw was my reflection in the mirror. I just wanted to close my eyes and never open them again. That tiny body.. fat stomach.. gigantic thights.. darkness around the eyes, which was a light shade of green.. it actually looked a bit scary.
When my eyes fell on my hair I got more angry than sad.. my hair was one of the worst things. I clenched my fist and my knuckles began to turn white. I stared at my reflection and got angrier, until I saw the mirror got a crack on the left corner. I closed my eyes and softned my fists, took a deep breath. When I opened my eyes again, they fell to look straight at the scars on my body. They were slowly fading. but I could clearly see them.. and the storys behind every single scar. My eyes began to water, so I just looked down and closed the door behind me.
I took a quick shower and brushed my teeth. I walked over to my wardrobe and pulled out some black ripped skinny jeans, a black crop top, a dark red hoddie that says "Turn Your Face", to cover the scars on my wrist and a beanie saying "Bad Hairday" on. I grabbed my backpack, an apple and walked out of the door.
