“Is it wrong to start loving someone new even if you know that you’re in love with someone else?” I looked at her for an answer. She looked surprised. Her eyes full of concern.
“Of course it is. You’d just hurt that someone new when he will find out that he can’t have your love as a whole.” I closed my eyes. I know that already. Damn, I’ve been thinking about that for a week now but still…
“Why is it that you wouldn’t just go with the person you love?” The question hung in the air. The answer was pretty obvious. I felt uneasy telling her this. I haven’t told her the whole truth and I don’t plan to do it now.
“Because he is in love with someone else…”
A second passed by, then another. I didn’t know how long we stayed quiet. I can feel the pang in my heart.
“He’s in love with me, isn’t he?”
