***Warning...... I edited the end of the last chapter and Robert only tells Kate "See you tomorrow." There is no set time or anything! Sorry for the confusion you might have!***

Friends need to stay strong for one another. Life will jump in the way, people will call them names and options will open up. The small things will make the biggest impact, and decisions will happen simultaneously. Words will be said unkindly, and strength will be put to the test. But it's the little things that will make things happen, and the biggest amount of emotions that will keep things afloat. It won't be the words but the action; it won't be the best part, but the part that unites. Be thankful for the small things in life... Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

~Page 8 ... (Just so you know that it is now Thanksgiving day for them)

Kate POV

'What the heck are we doing in a grave yard?!' Oh wait, let me give you a recap of the last ten minutes.

"Kate! Robert's here!" What? I thought to myself. Oh yeah, he said he'll take me somewhere today. I sneaked a glance at the alarm clock and let the neon digits of 7:20am blink back at me. 7:20..7:21..7:2- "KATE! HURRY UP!" 'I'm coming Robert!' I shout back twice as loud. I quickly slipped on a pair of jeans and an old t-shirt that was hiding in the back of my closet.

"Morning Amber!" I greeted as I stole a sip of Robert's coffee from Becky's Dinner.

'There are two different straws Adam.' I stated with a tiny bit of sass when I saw him glaring at the coffee cup and Robert.

"How do I not know that you guys drank out of the same straw?" Adam states with a stern glare.

'One, My straw is always blue and his is always red. And two...'

"GROSS!" Robert shouted before I could continue my sentence.

Boys will be boys, I grumbled under my breath.

 "Huh?"

'Yes Adam...and Robert, it is gross; I mean who would want to share straws, a place where someone's lip has been.' 'Eww' I shudder.

"Okay, so I'd love to stay and chat but Kate and I really have to go now." Robert trailed off.

'Bye!' I shout and run to get my converse when Robert stops me.

"Don't wear that, do you have any old shoes?" I then pull out a pair of my worn out tennis shoes and slide them on.

'Where are we going?' I question Robert for the millionth time.

"Oh, you know...places." Was the vague answer he has been giving me. I turned on the radio to listen to some music to pass time only for him to turn it off. "No music."

'Oh, so you don't like music yet play the violin?' I question him with curiosity.

"No, I love music but I'm not exactly sure where I am." '

What do you mean?'  I said  with a slight panic rising in my voice.

"Well, I know we are close, but I really need to pay attention to the navigator, and you turning on the music won't work out right now. Maybe later."

I nodded understanding what he meant and looked out the window watching us drive around and around.

"Okay, we are here!"

'Robert, I hate to ask... But what are we doing in the grave yard?!'

Author's Note.

So, this Thanksgiving part of the book will be a couple chapters long. The suspense will be over soon enough, I promise. Don't hate me! Anyways, to those still reading, Thank You!! I know this isn't the best book out there. Vote! Comment! Tell me if you are enjoying this book or if it sucks! Thanks to the readers out there and hope you liked this chapter!
