Part 8 : Argument...

Sanyukta came down wiping her tears

Kishore and Anju were about to go in her room but stopped seeing her there

"Where were you Sanyu?" Kishore asked

"papa I was on terrace...to take some fresh air" Sanyukta said

"Okay...We want to talk to you"Kishore said

"Sure Papa...anything serious" Sanyukta asked

"Not at all...come inside" Kishore said

Sanyukta quickly brought her hair in front covering the hickey mark behind them

"Yes Papa...tell me" Sanyukta said

"Soon you will be completing you MBBS" "So...i thought I should talk to you" Kishore said

Sanyukta had expected this coming.

"Shall we start looking for a guy once you complete MBBS?" Kishore asked

Sanyukta was prepared for it

"Papa I understand your concern...but I want you to wait for 6 months more" "Once I am done with MBBS I have to do my internship"

"During internship I will prepare for masters" Sanyukta said

"fine..." Kishore said

"Once I complete my internship you can start it Papa" Sanyukta said keeping a stone on her heart

"Sounds good..." Kishore said

"You have 6 more months Randhir" She thought

"Okay...so good night sleep well" Kishore and Anju left

the night was not so peaceful for Sanyukta neither for Randhir as well

Few days rolled on

Sanyukta and Randhir hardly talk or meet now a days

Sanyukta got busy in preparation for her final exams while Randhir was still wondering about what to do.

They miss each other.

They miss those hugs

They miss the time they spent together.

Randhir choose not to disturb Sanyukta during her exams preparation.

Sanyukta thought not to push Randhir more now. Gave him space.

One night.

They met on terrace.

"How're you?" "How is preparation going on?" Randhir asked

"I am fine...preparations are going well" "Kal se start ho rahe hai final exams" She said

"How are you?" She asked

"I am fine" he replied

There was silence between them again

"I haven't decided anything yet Sanyukta" Randhir broke the silence

"Hmm...you have more 6 months with you" she replied

"What?" "6 months..." "What do you mean?" Randhir got panic

"After 6 months, once I complete my internship...Papa will start looking for a guy for me" Sanyukta said

"What?" Randhir shouted

"Yeah...so you still have 6 months to impress my family" "Now it is up to you...how you use this time" she said

"What is this yaar?" "Why are you all forcing me" Randhir lost his cool

"Because you never take things seriously Randhir" she said

"What seriously?" "I love you...I seriously love you...isn't that enough" He grabbed her hand tightly

"Not enough..." "Not for the world at least" She said

"I can't believe this Sanyukta" "aab tum bhi..." "Tum bhi dusro ki tarah ban gayi" He said

"I gave you time Randhir" "I thought one day you'll understand the seriousness"

"I hate to see when my family...taunts you"

"When Papa says you are good for nothing"

"When my brothers make fun of you"

"I hate this..."

She shouted

"Because you do nothing...you don't work" "You don't earn for yourself"

"You still are dependent on your father for money"

"When I hear such things from people...I ...hate it" "I don't like when people pass comments on you" She added

"Forget about everyone but just for once think about your father Randhir"

"Harsh uncle...unhe kitna bura lagta hoga" "Have you ever thought about it"

"And...look at your friends Randhir"

"Look at your best friend...Parth"

"He works in MNC today" "Not that I am comparing you both...but..still at least learn something from his company" Sanyukta said

"And what efforts you have to put" "Nothing" "Harsh uncle has already set up a business for you" "You just have to carry it forward"

"I don't know what is your problem Randhir" She said

"Ohh...so even judged me today" Randhir smiled sarcastically

"I am not judging you" "I am telling you the fact" she said

"I thought you understand me well...like no one understands me" "But today...you judged me...like everyone do" Randhir alleged her

"Randhir...you are impossible" "Have you ever tried to understand my problem" She said

"Ohh yeah..you will be soon a doctor" "Then internship..." "tumhari life to set hai" Randhir taunted

"Meri life?" "Meri life...Randhir?" She pulled his collars

"Humari life...meri aur tumhari life kabse hogayi" Sanyukta said

Randhir looked away.

"Bolo...come on say it" Sanyukta jerked him

"Sanyukta...you have exam tomorrow" "Go and sleep" he said

"Okay...anyway there is nothing left to talk about..." She said

Randhir instantly looked at her

"Take care Randhir..." she turned

"Sanyukta..."

But she left
