PART 16 : Is it over?

"Randhir, come I will serve dinner for you" Renuka said
"No Maaa...bhook nahi hai" He said He straightaway went to terrace.
As soon as he reached terrace his heart pained seeing there is no Sanyukta waiting for him on terrace. His eyes welled up immediately.
He caressed the low heighted wall where they used to sit and talk.
He felt lonely.
He felt weak.
He sat down on wall...
His heart still hoping...
Sanyukta resting her hand on his shoulders.
"Why did you do Sanyukta?" "Kyu chali gayi tum" He mumbled
He closed his eyes and tears rolled down his cheeks
"I miss you Sanyukta..." He said

"Sanyu..." "Do you want to eat something" Ankit asked
"No..Bhai" She replied
"What happened?" Ankit asked looking at her sad face.
Sanyukta nodded "Nothing...good night bhai" She said
"Good night" Sanyukta climbed up on upper berth.
She checked her phone but to her disappointment there was no call no message from Randhir
"Why Randhir?" "Why are you doing this to us" She said in heart
She wiped her tears.

"Is it all - OVER?"

6 months passed like this.
SanDhir were in no contact with each other.
No calls.
No messages.
Strange! Hard to believe right?
But it actually happened.
Neither did Randhir nor did Sanyukta took intiative to break the ice.
Ego, anger, frustration, disappointment , missunderstandings over powered thier love.
It was not all easy for them.
Not a single day...passed without thinking about each other.
Missing each other.
Craving for each other.
Love is still there.
But their lives got busy too.
Sanyukta got busy with her internship and preparations for entrance exams.
Randhir got busy with work.
Within a span of 6 months... with his hard work and dedication he started two new branches of their gold shop in Jaipur.
He also signed a deal with diamond merchants of Surat.
Soon he will be entering in diamond market.
He will be entrepreneur - starting his own diamond business.
He kept himself busy.
He used to come home late at nights. He talked less.
He looks after Harsh's health.
Harsh and Renuka were very happy seeing their son progressing

"Yes I have read all clauses" "I will sign papers soon and send it over to you" "Thank you" Randhir disconnected the call
"Hey Parth..." He turned back and hugged him
"Hey bro...whats up" "Bohot busy rehne laga hai aaj kal" Parth said "Work...keeping me busy" Randhir replied
"That's great" Parth said
They ordered a coffee for them "So..how any progress in diamond deal" Parth asked
"Cracked..." Randhir chirped "Fantastic yaar...I know how much efforts you have put in for this deal" Parth said
"Congrats.." Parth said
"Thanks..." Randhir said
"Yaar tu pakka business man hogaya hai yaar" Parth said
"Guess it was already in me...but..I realised it late..." Randhir said
"Uncle aunty...must be so happy" Parth said
"Hmm..." Randhir replied
"Lets plan something in weekend" Parth suggested
"Sorry yaar...I can't" "I am going De-Delhi" Randhir said
"Finally..." "You are going to Delhi" "You will meet Sanyukta" Parth said
"I am not going Delhi to meet Sanyukta" "I am going to meet a pearl merchant" "My meeting has been fixed with him" "He is one of the biggest pearl merchants in India" "After diamonds...I am going to enter pearl markets" Randhir said
"Ohh..." Parth said in disappointment "I think you have got a little more busy with work Randhir...that you have totally forgot that you have a personal life too" Parth said
"I do remember Parth" Randhir said "I don't think so..." "I can't believe that you have not talked to Sanyukta since last 6 months" "Pehle to ek din bhi tumhara uske bina nahi guzarta tha" "And now?" "Come yaar Randhir" "What's the problem" "Kis baat ka itna gussa or ego" "6 months...you have not talked a single word with her" "Do you even care about her now?" "Kaha hai woh...kaisi hai...kya kar rahi hai" "Not just for a second...you care to know about her" "I don't what's wrong with you" "You guys were madly in love with each other" "Shaadi...baache sabki planning kar rakhi thi tum dono ne" "And now...?" "Are you guys still together...or its all over" "You broke up?" "Karlo...cause I don't think there is still something left in this relationship" "Set her free..." "You will also be free" "Move on..." Parth said

"Did she care to call me Parth?" "Its so easy for you to say all this" "Usne muje message ya calls kiye...nahi na...so why should I" "Do she care for me?" "No..." "Then why should I" "For her...going Delhi was more important" "She could have done her intership here also" "But she didn't..." "She left me..." "She is in no contact with me" "So why should I contact her?" Randhir said
"Because you love her Randhir" Parth said
"Don't try to hide your emotions from me" "I know you very well" "you miss her every damn second" "You haven't celebrated your success because she is not here" "And look at you.." "Na thik se khate ho na sote ho" "Always busy in cracking deals..." "aaj diamond to kal pearl..." "This is not you Randhir" "You still love her...and miss her Randhir" "And if she isn't taking intiative..you should take a step forward" "Kon first step leta hai...isse kya farak padta hai" "Save your relationship Randhir" "Save..." "Don't let her go away from you" "She is best thing happened to you" "You only keep on saying this" "And the way she loves you...no other girl would love you like this Randhir" "She has accepted you the way you are..." "Tumhara gussa" "Ego..." "Nakhre..." "She has absorbed everything" "You are not doing right thing" "Either make up with her...or leave her" "Don't keep her hanging in between" Parth said

"Will you stop lecturing me now" "I know what I am doing" "And I don't think...Sanyukta..." "Sanyukta..." Randhir fumbled
"She is still there Randhir" "She didn't move on" "In fact she can never..." Parth said
"You are in contact with her?" Randhir asked
"Hmm..." Parth replied
"You didn't tell me" Randhir said
"You never had time to listen Randhir..." "You became...very busy" Parth said Randhir looked away. Parth could clearly make out from his face that the chord had hit the right place.
"I love her Parth" Randhir admitted
"I know...now go and get her back" Parth said
