I was headed to the harbor in search of a ship. It was early in the morning meaning the fishermen were soon about to take off. Last night I couldn't sleep at all, I think no one could. Knowing Erza was in danger made me want to leave right away, but I knew I couldn't and had to wait.

When the first rays of light shined through the windows I had left Fairy Hills. All I had left was a note saying I would be gone for a while. This was my chance to prove how strong I can be, taking down a ship on water with electrokinesis. How can I let such a chance go to waste. And if it meant saving someone dear to me, then I had no time to waste.

The city was very peaceful at this time which was a lot easier to navigate to the harbor. This would be the perfect place for Happy, all you smell is fish and the ocean. "Now someone who can take me..." I muttered looking over various ships, some smaller than others. I decided to walk to the crew of a simple boat, they were preparing their vehicle to sail off soon. "Excuse me," One of the knelt men got up turning around to face me, he towered over me as I had to look up. "Eh....I was wondering if I could sail with you guys." I asked as politely as possible.

"Of course! Where to?" His eyes went from dead serious to friendly in a blink of a second.

I was a bit taken back by his sudden change of attitude. "Well..." I looked around making sure no one else was listening. "I need to find Dark Valor." I whispered.

His expression went back to serious. "Dark Valor? Trust me, ya don't want to find them." I showed my Fairy Tail mark assuring him it would be okay. "A mage huh? Well if ya really want to, we can bring you close. After that you can take one of the rescue boats for the rest of your journey, but don't say I didn't warn ya kid. Those guys, they have quite the history." That was quite the warning he gave me. Maybe I should go back and wait for her team to help, they are the strongest after all.

No, Natsu wouldn't even be able to fight if he was here. I still had a bigger advantage than Gray, Lucy or Wendy as well. I decided to follow my plan and walked on board of the ship as they pulled in the rope. I was allowed to go inside, but kindly rejected their offer wanting to stay outside. I exhaled loudly seeing my breathing turn into a small cloud because of the cold, it was much colder in the morning than later on in the day.

Suddenly I heard some kind of buzzing sound and looked down to my backpack. "What in the world." I knelt down opening all the pockets and then saw a call card which was buzzing. I knew who the card belonged to, I didn't need a genius to explain. "Cana? How did you get that card in my bag?" I asked

"That's not what matters! I knew you would go out alone! We told you to wait untill the master had come up with a plan to save Erza!" I moved the card away from my ear as I could probably hear her from miles away.

"Calm down! I know what I'm doing, just let me try, please?" We were only wasting time by sitting there and thinking of a plan, while they kept moving from place to place. Right now their location is known, if we go out tomorrow or later today they might have already moved. "I'm sorry Cana, but you can't stop me." I threw the card back into my backpack hearing muffled yelling.

This wasn't the first time Cana placed a call card in my luggage nor was it the first time I hung up on her. "I can't wait to get back to the guild.." I said sarcastically resting my head on my arms leaning on the railing. Most members were scared of Erza's wrath, but I am more scared of Mira's or Cana's wrath. Probably because I faced those more often, way too often.

It was very quiet out on the sea, very peaceful too knowing we were nearing a pirate ship. I had talked with some of the crew members about Dark Valor, they knew a thing or two about these guys. Dark Valor was specialized in disguising and capturing stronger mages, often by putting out fake requests and dressing as the innocent request giver. They didn't know what happened to these mages though, this might also be why there are a lot of people gone missing. "This is as far as we can go, you're on your own now." I looked up seeing the guy who let me on the ship.
