July 25

"Hyung!" A small voice from a real cutie just disturbed Mingyu's peaceful sleep. "Gising na, hyuuuung!"

"Mm... Bakit ba?" Mingyu lowly said with his usual morning voice.

"Hyung, mal-late na tayo sa fliiiiight!!!" The kid shouted.

"Sammy, the sun still isn't up..." Mingyu whispered, and buried his face against the soft pillow.

"Paano mo nalaman, e, ang dilim-dilim dito sa kwarto mo, hyung?!" Samuel shouted at his hyung.

Mingyu's room was really dark. The windows were down, blocking the sunlight to reach his room. It feels like he was being quarantined inside.

"Aish! Anong oras na ba?"

Samuel took out his phone from his pocket, and he faced the screen to Mingyu.

"Tanghali na po pala, hyung," Samuel said with a calm voice, yet a serious face.

Mingyu shut his eyes from the suddenly contact with light. He slightly rubbed it, only to see the time: 10:46AM.

Mingyu was suddenly caught off guard upon seeing those numbers.

Beside the time was the date, July 25.

July 25. 10:46AM.

Wonwoo was already dead for five years.

It has been five years since Wonwoo completely left him. It has been five fucking long years since Wonwoo gave up. Five years.

"Hyung!!!" Samuel shouted.

Mingyu blinked twice, and stared at Samuel who has now that upset expression on his face.

"10:46 na, o! Ano na? Tutuloy pa ba tayong Seoul?" Samuel asked. He was pretty irritated.

He had always wanted to go, and live in Seoul, but Mingyu don't want to. Mingyu don't want to go back to that place, and open the scars again.

Since Mingyu left from Seoul, he is now living with Samuel, his annoyingly cute cousin.

His cuteness just simply annoys Mingyu. Mingyu just couldn't resist him.

There were only two of them inside this house. Mingyu was asked by his aunt to look after his son, now he's stuck with this Samuel right here. He looks like a babysitter, but he doesn't care... He was in great need of a shelter five years ago, so he took it.

But gladly, Mingyu was able to adjust well with Samuel. That kid was all-smiley, and easy-going.

"Sammy, 12 pa ang flight natin," Mingyu whispered.

"Kahit na, hyung!"

"Aish! Oo na, heto na nga, o, tatayo na," Mingyu said, and stood up.

"Sige naaaa, maligo ka na!" Samuel said, and pushed Mingyu towards his bathroom.
