"I need you to drink this." Dumbledore said calmly, slowly bringing the liquid up to Petunia's lips.
"W-what is it?" She asked, looking over at Harry fearfully.
"Trust me, it's going to be painful and you're not going to enjoy any bit of this but I need my wits around me so that nothing bad happens to Harry." He said, staring into Petunia's eyes.
"...Okay. But I want Harry to be the one to help me get through it." She said, grabbing her brothers hand. Dumbledore nodded, his eyebrows twitching as his mind raced.
"Drink the liquid as quickly as you can without choking, I would like to get out of this cave fast."
"Of course, headmaster." She did a cocky salute before downing the first of the liquid. Instantly her mouth dried out and her insides burned like they never have before. But the worst was yet to come as she downed the second amount of liquid that Harry brought to her lips when her mind was overtaken by her worst memory.
