Dream Breaker

 I grab my house phone and get the number of the pizza.

" This is Little Ceasars How can we help you?" I hear my friend say with his really deep voice.

" Hey Josh it's Delilah can I get my usual order please?" I say. I could feel his a smile behind the phone.

" Hey Delilah and I know your usual ... A medium box of pepperoni pizza and 5 pieces of hot wings right?" he says it like if he was reading but everything is in his mind. I smile.

" Yes." I say. "Okay I'm going to be there in 15 minutes because you're my friend" he says and I can feel his smile get bigger than last time.

"Okay." I say with a big smile of my own. I hang up and get ready to watch my favorite show. Malcom In The Middle. I grab a lemonade from the fridge and pour some to my cup. I head to my bedroom which it is all disorganize and change from my regular clothes to a long shirt that once was my dad but i took it away from him and some grey sweats. I go to the bathroom and wash my face and stay there looking at myself in the mirror. I'm pretty much dull than other girls. I dont have blue or green eyes but brown. My hair is wavy and it's not too long but not short either. No wonder i don't have a boyfriend. Before I could go on and i hear a knock on my door. I smile and run downstairs.

I see Josh with his baseball cap on and looking cute as always. When he sees me he smiles and I return that smile.

" One medium pepperoni pizza with 6 hot wings for the beautiful lad." he says while I blush.

" I thought i said 5 hot wings not 6." I say it with aannoying tone because this means im paying more and i don't have more money but the exact money.

He smiles and says, " Don't worry I put another extra one just for you" and I see some light in his blue eyes. I smile and hand him my money. He bows and says Goodnight while walking away. I say it too but I was slow because by then he was in his car and about to drive away. I walk inside and sit in my couch ready to watch my show when breaking news starts.

" Yes Mark as we could see here this couple was waiting for a tow truck to come save them and a crew of people assassinated them. There's no trace of the people who murder them but we do have the names of the victim who were murdered. The victims names are Lily Faim and Jonathon Faim.I really hope they find the killers because this is a really serious case. Back to you Mark." the reporter says.

I stay frozen. I can't breath or think. Then the thoughts come rushing.

My..My....Mom and Dad are..are ....are dead... Noo they were fine they left happy! The car was good this morning. I feel like I stepped into ice for a long time that my skin turned to ice and i feel so numb. I'm alone in the world. No one is here for me ....All alone.... 

I hear a knock and I get up slowly knowing if I move too much I will fall and not get up. I open the door and see the police. I paled even more knowing they will tell me something I don't want to know. They won't lie but will try to comfort me but I know nothing will work on me.

" Uhm.... how do I say this.... I'm sorry mam but your parents bodies was found dead by the near restaurant not too far from her.." she says. I can't even here her no more. My body and my mind turn so numb and wonder if I will die too right here and now and maybe join my parents but like dreams it never comes. I'm just standing there like a idiot waiting for tears but it never comes. Now I have proof my parents are actually dead. I see the police but the only thing I see a empty place of no where to go. I lost my life to I guess.
