-Static Bomb/Caitlin's POV-

"What do we do? How do we get in?" Jet was the first to speak, I turned to him with a look that a mother would give a child when they are being impatient. I jogged the last few metre to the wall, the little silver panel caught my eye.

"You scan your thumb and it just lets you." I said shrugging.

"That's it?" Kobra said totally amazed how easy that was.

"Yeah they just like to know who's coming in and out." Exploder said still propping up Cola, we had to get inside soon anyway because of her injury.

"Come on, we haven't got time to waste standing around." Party said moving toward the scanner, I placed me thumb on first seen as I was closest and a tiny door only just big enough to fit through opened up, I slipped through and it closed behind me. The first thing I noticed was the cool air hitting me, looking around I noted that it had changed quite a lot since the last visit. Now they're were glass doors and plain white walls the lit up the rooms, multiple levels could be seen because of the little over hanging balconies, it was a very futuristic with some rooms lined with panels and panels and panels of buttons, leavers, and flashing lights while other were purely for comfort with sofas and beds. It was all naturally lit by the giant sun roof at the centre of that all building, there could have maybe been a hundred odd floors above us and there were no doubt underground as well .

"Woah." Ghoul said as he came through the door behind me, his mouth gaped open as he looked around the space in awe. Soon everyone had filed in, I shuffled back to stand by Party. I shuddered at the memories this place held for me, secrecy trapped in the very walls of the place, I couldn't help comparing myself to the glass: totally transparent to those who looked hard enough.

"Caitlin!" A male voice boomed, I instantly recognised it but it was wrong. He should have been dead! "I thought I saw your finger print I.D. The man in a white lab coat rushed over to me, seeming to have not have aged a bit, his brown hair still hanging strangely, outlining his dark eyes. Party hugged me to his side protectively and Ghoul also stayed close not wanting any harm to come Static.

Dad?

"Dad?" Me and Static said at the same time, he smiled at him as I stared at him. He tugged me out of Party's grip and pulled me into a bone crushing hug.

"Dad?" Party asked confused. I ignored him for a second, knowing I would explain it to him later.

"I thought you were dead." I managed to choke out, he sent me a sad smile.

"I'm not, you're not alone anymore." He told me, it then occurred to me that this man who called himself my farther had left me to fend for myself all these years, what kind of farther does that to their own child? This wasn't my farther. With that thought I pulled away from him and went back to Party's side. He put his arm around me protectively and I tucked myself into his side, feeling comfortable there. I could see clearly he did not trust my "dad" and I couldn't blame I didn't trust him fully either.

"I was never alone." I said quickly, I saw him frown but everyone else smiled secretly, Party squeezed my shoulder in silent reassurance. "Erm, I will need to talk to you later but can we get some food and rest first? And Cola will need medical attention." I asked as politely as I could, I wasn't going to be all mushy with him, he left me.

"Yes, of course, I suppose your journey was tiring, the accommodation is on the 3rd floor, medical is on the 4th. Come and find me later on 26th in the tech lab." He said, I shot him an awkward smile before we all walked away, the lift was just across the room. glancing behind I saw that he had already left.

"Don't worry about him Cait." Party whispered feeling my unease, I smiled up at him. He knew me so well. I suddenly realised that I didn't even know Party's real name, or any of the guys, I decided to ask him later.
