Let's Not Fall In Love

Ch. 10

[Amethyst]

At the age of thirty, I have lived fully and happily with my kids. Elena and Ashton are now five years old. Pairs and Charlie married. Kim and Dylan married. London and Ryan married. Anna and Jaesung are engaged. My siblings Daniel, Naomi and Jasmine are all in relationships. But, I can honestly say that I can breathe again now that BigBang has finally left mandatory service as a whole group AND that they're on their way here now. 

I was in the midst of a test, there was a knock on the door. One of the finished students near the door opened it. I thought it was a teacher until I looked up and saw him. Choi Seung-hyun with some flowers in hand. I sat in the chair, staring at this beautiful human being who has been away for far too long. The students have now quit taking the test and sat watching between us. The gap between him and I has begun to close as he walked towards me. Before I knew it, the flowers were in my face and the kids were on the edge of their seats.

I kindly took the flowers from him and laid the on the desk gently hoping not to mess them up. I stood up even though my legs were weak and instantly hugged him. The kids went "ooooo". I looked up and down on TOP. He is still quite freaking handsome. I looked back up and he had a smile plastered on his face while holding me at arm's length. 

"It has been too long Amethyst." he said which made kids gasp for two reasons; my name and his deep voice.

"Miss! Your name is Amethyst? That's so cool, please continue." Tyler said smiling.

"It has been too long Choi Seung-hyun. I hope Daesung has been treating you well." I said smiling.

"Your brother is on the fritz from not seeing you for so long." he said making my heart beat faster.

"Where are the rest?" I asked smiling at TOP.

"Went with your father to pick up Elena and Ashton whom I'm excited to finally meet." he said hugging me.

"They've grown so much over the years." I said hugging him back.

"I know and I don't wanna leave your side, I want to help you raise Elena and Ashton." he said and the kids started whispering to one another.

"Miss Lee. You have kids?" Jerrica asked.

"Yes Jerrica, I do have kids. Two five-years-olds, Elena and Ashton. Also, this is my brother's best friend Choi Seung-hyun but you can call him TOP. He's also someone I've been very close to since meeting him when I was sixteen." I said smiling while still hugging TOP.

"He is gorgeous!" Gwen said.

"He very much is. Do you guys want to see something cool?" I asked looking at TOP who smiled and in unison, the kids whispered yelled "Yeah!".

TOP knew exactly what I was about to. He sat down on the stool as I sat down at the computer turning on the projector and pulling the screen down. The projector projected the YouTube website, I then typed in "BIGBANG". Kids were looking like "what the fuck teacher", I just smiled and began playing "Let's Not Fall In Love". As the sang played, the kids gasped at seeing TOP sing. I paused when Daesung popped up.

"Kids, I'd like you to meet Daesung, my brother." I said and they're jaws dropped.

"Teacher! Are they famous?" Caydence asked.

"Yes, very much so. I bet your parents or siblings are fans of their group." I said playing the video.

As the song went through, I remember one night while I was half asleep TOP said to me, "Let's not fall in love." I looked at TOP who was watching the kids in amazement as they watched the music video. I began playing TOP's "Doom Dada" and the kids sat down before I knew it one kids screamed, "OH MY GOD HE'S ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!" and dramatically fell to the ground as the kids and TOP laughed which then made a teacher walk into the room and stop dead in her tracks looking at the screen. Side effect of watching Doom Dada is that you can't take your eyes off of it or be able to function properly afterwards, it happened to me. 

After the music video stopped and I exited the page, the teacher began to speak.

"I forgot what I came in here for. I'm sorry, please excuse me." she said walking out.

I heard TOP and the kids laugh. I looked at TOP right at the end of the day dismissal bell rang. 

"Alright kids, have a good weekend." I said.

"You too miss teacher!" the students yelled as they left TOP and I alone.

"Let's get out of here." TOP said grabbing me as I grabbed the flowers.

The halls were still packed but TOP didn't care, he held my hand in his and we walked through the halls as kids and teachers stared in shock. 

My mom left a message saying that everyone was at her house chilling. It gave TOP and I some time together before being bombarded by people.
