Anás POV

"What are you going to be when your older?" mum asked me, her sweet angelic voice made me smile.

I responded "Umm I want to be a ballerina! wait no a princess! ohh no no i gonna be a pirate 'ahh me heartie!'"

A smile lit up across her face, " ohh really. I bet you'll be the prettiest pirate in the seven seas."

I giggled.

We made our way to the little stone bridge, petals the colours of my mothers lips fell into the clear flowing water.

We stopped in the middle of the bridge admiring the beautiful scenery. Blossom trees lined the waters edge, thousands of light pink flowers flew in the air before landing peacefully in the clean liquid.

Gold fish darted from flower to flower, the enteral blue sky hovering over our heads, bluebirds singing relaxing melodies.

I looked up at my mothers beautiful face, her bright blue eyes staring off into the distance, her fruity pink lips slightly parted. A thin layer a black eyeliner supported her top eyelid. Her healthy blonde hair plaited in a low-bun. A black breathable fabric reached just above her knees, covering her shoulders and complimenting her slim figure. Decorated with white poka-dots and a matching bandana headband.

Her face turned and our eyes locked.

"Mummy?"

"Yes dear."

"Will I be beautiful like you?" I asked curiously.

"Sweetie, you'll be twice as pretty as me. You'll be absolutely stunning."

I nodded trying to picture me prettier then my mother...

It was impossible

"Someday you'll find someone, someone nearly as perfect as you. But he'll have to preform a dangerous crime. Were he'll steal your heart. Like your father stole mine." My mothers eyes lit up with lust and looked deep in thought like she was remembering a priceless memory...

A sea full of love and lust sat in front of me. A single red rosé sat in the centre of the field of pink. Slowly, one by one the pink blossoms turned a fiery red. The infection spread like wildfire... Fire?

Down the isle of blossom trees, a single tree burst into flames. The fire blazed its way towards me, transforming everything filled with love into a bottomless pit of hate and fury.

My eyes widened with fear as the flames made there way closer towards me. I reached for my mothers hand, when they touched she instantly shook it off.

"Mum?" I looked deep into her eyes, the clear blue eyes I had once loved ever so dearly where dark and empty.

"Mum, why are you doing this?" tears streamed down my face blurring my surroundings.

"You left me." her tone was expressionless, motionless, dead?

"What no. Mum i never left you, I tried... I really did try." I tried to keep my voice strong, not to let myself break down.

"Your lying." she looked straight into my eyes, killing all the self confidence.

"How could I ever of wanted you." She spoke those cruel cold words, those words made all of my walls came crashing down with such little effort.
