There he was, at the other side of the room, in the front seat looking all sad and lonely. A boy named Kiibo, who seemed different from the others. He was a robot unlike the students around him, but still had human emotions like everyone else. It was only the early afternoon, and class couldn't get anymore tedious and tiring. The teacher speaking meaningless words and classmates whispering to each other. You stomped your foot continuously against the wooden floor, while tapping your pencil on your desk. You stared into the beautiful scenery outside, where the tall cherry blossoms gracefully danced in the howling wind along with the other tree. The brilliant sun glowed splendidly in the baby blue sky, travelling slowly across the heavens. You dearly adored the beauty of nature, and couldn't resist the gorgeous view. And you couldn't resist Kiibo either. You had always had an interest and always wanted to talk to the boy, but was too shy to. He seemed to be more generous and sympathetic compared to everyone else in the room. The robot would help you out when you were in trouble with the professor, or dropped something on the ground and made a complete mess out of yourself. Every time he offered a hand, your cheeks would go a soft rose tint and you would feel warm and soft chills climb swiftly up your spine. Kiibo always gave you a flashing smile that made your heart go out of your chest and make you think: God, he's so cute and sweet. But during the past few weeks, something seemed quite off about him.

Kiibo didn't attend any of the Robotic meetings you both attended, he walked around the school with a distressed and mournful face, and he ignored just about everyone around, including yourself. Even though you two weren't incredibly close friends, you felt sorrowful and worried about him. You desperately wanted to walk up to him and give him a big hug and comfort the robot, but was too nervous you'd be pushed away by Kiibo and make matters worse. This feeling, is it despair? Being felt for him? You continue to watch him fall deeply into the unknown agony, as the lesson continued to fly by. Suddenly, a loud ring came out of the blue. Ring, Ring, Ring. All of the students in the classroom immediately stood up from their seats, zooming out of the door at the speed of light pushing each other over. You waited patiently at your desk as you packed your things bit by bit, waiting for the hectic and thundering crowd to calm down. As soon as you neatly placed everything in your pencil case, you hastily left your chair without thinking about the consequences of not pushing it in.

"(Y/N)! Where do you think you're going?"

When you were just about to reach to the exit, you turned your head back, seeing the teacher giving you a deadly stare. Sweat and chills began to spread all over your body, along with you soul. "I-I'm going to g-go eat lunch?" you muttered nervously. Your arms and legs started shaking, like you were out in the chilly snow freezing to death. Teeth chattering together and eyes looking all over the room. Wait, who's that? You noticed a metal figure with white spiky hair, resting its head against the desk just at the front. Oh, it's Kiibo. Maybe I should say hi or something like that to him. Just as you were about to wave at the robot, he rose form the chair and left the room in a swift. You tilted your head slightly to the side, confused by his movements. He would usually be the first to wave or say hello to you and it would always light up your day, but today was different. The boy left you hanging, making you taste your own medicine of despair. The affection and fondness you thought you gave him, was completely nothing in your mind. You didn't care what the teacher was telling you what to do and what to not do anymore, you were only concerned about Kiibo and his feelings. You decided to leave the classroom with your stuff and quickly shoved  your things into your small bag. As you grabbed the bag strap and threw it over your shoulder tightly holding it, you chased after Kiibo who was fading away briskly.
