Ever since Mahiru was a child , he hung out with a cool vampire. He never spoke of him to anyone because that's what the vampire told him not to do. Mahiru always went to him after school, they would meet up at the hills cherry blossom tree. Mahiru would always carry around an extra bento for the vampire. “Mr. Sleepy Ash?” The little boy spoke out to the vampire. The bluenette hummed, averting his eyes to Mahiru's. “When I turn thirteen, are you really going to have Mr. All of love erase my memories?”The vampire sighed and took Mahiru's small hands in his. “It's troublesome you know. We will meet again, and I will be watching from afar. Understand?” The brunette had tears in his eyes, he didn't want to forget about the lazy vampire.

When it came 'round for Mahiru's birthday , All of love talked with Mahiru alone in his bedroom. The blur haired vampire said his final goodbyes as the blonde did his thing. Mahiru's vision went blank until it finally adjusted. Sleepy Ash and All of love were no where to be seen. Mahiru itched his head confused. “Why was I in my room again?” He mumbled go himself as he walked back to his party. The vampires watched the brunette as he smiled happily , and blew out his candles. Sleepy ash could hear Mahiru's last words in his head. “ I want you to know, youre my home . And I hope we will meet again. ” The lazy vampire smile slightly at the boy , before he and his brother took their leave.

Mahiru was now fifteen, two years had passed , and Sleepy Ash still watched over Mahiru. One day he lost track of Mahiru , and lied down in his neko form in an alley. While sleeping , a boy with brown hair noticed a black cat in an alley while on his way home from school , he picked it up and ran home. The boy was Shirota Mahiru. When he arrived home , he kicked his shoes off and gave the black cat a bath. He lifted a red like collar with a bell dangling from it, and wrapped it around the cats neck. “Alright! You don't see many black cats these days, so I'll name you, Kuro!” While he was being nuzzled, Sleepy Ash thought about the name this boy gave him. 'Kuro'.

It had a ring to it he might add. The next day Mahiru went to school , and it was an entertaining day. He came home , his television was on and he had no remembrance of leaving it on. “I could have sworn I turned it off this mo-” Mahiru's soft brown eyes widened. He saw a man with blue hair in an almost like trench coat but it was blue and had rips at the end, eating ramen. “Eh..” The vampire turned around and grunted as he saw the boy behind him. He slurped up the noodles, and set the bowl down. “W-Who the hell are you, breaking into someone else's house!” Sleepy Ash sighed heavily and turned around. “Ah, its gotten so troublesome now.”

Months have passed , and Sleepy Ash was now called Kuro. He had a contract with the boy he's always hung around with when the boy was a child. Mahiru has dreams that he's seen Kuro before, but he doesn't know where. The two were also lovers at that, and it was a pretty normal like relationship. “Ne, Kuro. Can I tell you something?” The brunette asked his servamp. “What is it? You're so bothersome.” Kuro turned around, face to face with his lover. “I keep having these dreams that, that I've seen you before somewhere but I dont know where.” The boy blushed, looking at his lap. “Ma-Mahiru. Can I tell you something?” Kuro scratched at his cheek gently.

“Nani?” Kuro looked at Mahiru seriously and bit his lip gently. “When you were a kid, you loved being around me, you knew me by Sleepy Ash. I was a vampire just roaming around and you caught interest in me. On your thirteen birthday, we had to erase your memories of all the servamps. I watched over you though , always. ” Mahiru had a series of flashbacks occur in his mind. He held his head slightly, feeling a little dizzy. “K-Kuro, my head hurts.” The brunette groaned. The servamp sighed, lifting his eve as he carried him to his room. “Lay with me.” Mahiru held his arms out. Kuro smiled softly. “Ah, you're so troublesome I could die.”

Kuro slid into Mahiru's bed, and wrapped his long arms around the brunettes waist. Kuro also lifted his hand and played with Mahiru's brown hair, as it was soft and amazing to feel. “You smell really good .” Mahiru inhaled the vampires scent, and smiled. Kuro chuckled, kissing the top of the boys head. “I love you, Kuro. Please never leave.” Mahiru muttered into Kuro's chest, his arms snaking behind Kuro's neck. “I love you too, and why would I leave? That's so troublesome.” Kuro slowly kneaded Mahiru's scalp, and hummed a tune that he and Mahiru liked. Mahiru smiled , and started humming back. The couple broke out into a fit of laughter before cuddling again.

“Kuro, thank you for always being by my side and being there, whenever I needed you.” Kuro smiled, lifting the brunettes chin as he softly pecked Mahiru's lips. “I was always beside you, even tho some shitty kid was pestering me.” Mahiru giggled, and nuzzled his face into Kuro's neck, his arms locked around the vampires neck. “Ne, Mahiru. Are you going to bed?” Mahiru nodded, sleepily then he yawned. “Okay, well get some rest okay?” Kuro hummed. The teenage boy nodded and smiled another time before whispering into Kuro's ear. Kuro's crimson eyes widened, but when he smiled softly at his sleeping boyfriend , he knew. He was the one. Mahiru's words before he fell asleep is something Kuro could have never forgotten.

“Youre my home, Kuro.”
