It's about 9:15 pm when everyone, including, me, went upstairs to our own rooms. I saw my room for the first time ever. It's pretty big and spacious. I unzipped my suitcase revealing clothes that I have never seen before.

Now it makes sense why they spent a week measuring me and what not. I dug out a pair of pajamas and other toiletry stuff and headed to the bathroom. I have to admit, it's a little different than usual. This is more compact than what I'm used to. I turned on the faucet and waited for the water to fill the tub in a warm temperature.

I hopped in the tub, pulled out a book to read, and relax. After reading about 28 pages, I closed it for a minute and closed my eyes. "Ah, this is so nice. Just some time for myself to pamper myself and----" a loud knocking from the door interrupted my zen. Really people, some privacy here!

"Hey, um are you um almost done?? I really need to use the bathroom. But if you're not, it's fine." a low and calm voice was heard on the other side of the door, which sounded a lot like Brayden.

"I thought there are two other bathrooms."

"Well yeah, but JC is hogging one of them doing his business, and the other one is being renovated.

"Oh, let me just finish. Give me just a minute," I told him, and hurried as fast as I could to finish up, and opened the door.

I spotted Brayden knocking so hard at a bathroom door yelling, "JC, would ya hurry up, bro?"

"I'm not done! Wait for your turn. But if really need to go that bad, go outside, embrace the outdoors!" JC screamed back.

Brayden turned around and saw me but immediately looked away. Then,  it hit me! There's only a towel wrapped around my body. I was rushing to get done that I didn't even get to put my clothes on! This is so embarrassing!

"Um thanks," he said closing the bathroom door behind him.

I quickly ran to my room to get dressed and hoping no one else saw that.

I got myself a glass of ice cold water before I headed back to my room to unpack a bit more. Then, after a few minutes, I heard a knock on my door, and saw JC's head poking through the door.

"Hey, what's up?" I greeted.

"Hey, let's talk about Brayden."

"What about him?" I asked.

"Here's the thing kid, your pretty, have cool bluish gray eyes, have beautiful light brown, almost blonde strands of hair, and seem really cool and nice, and I'm just gonna get straight to the point. My brother might look like a typical jock who goes around and breaks girls' hearts, but he's not. He would never do that."

"Thanks for telling me, but why are you exactly telling me this?"

"I don't know, actually. There's just something about you kid. I was watching you two earlier, and I can see something. You'll thank me later," he said and came up to my face, honked, and ran to his room.

"Were you guys talking about me?" I looked up and saw Brayden standing so tall by the door.

"Would you think I'm weird if I say yes?" I asked.

"No, I'd think you're honest," he answered, half smiling.

"Well then why did you ask me if we were talking about you if you already knew?" I asked curiously.

"Because I'm interested on what you'll say."

"You think I'm interesting?"

"I think you're---" he was interrupted by a loud thump from the sky. Then another one. It took about four more ear splitting thump of the thunderstorm before Mason came running into the room knocking over my suitcase, to hug Brayden.

"Beyden, I'm scared!" he cried.

"Hey buddy, what's wrong?"

"Thunder! Scary!!!"

"Oh buddy, there's nothing to be scared of. Brayden's here now. I got you now, little bro," Brayden said, comforting Mason.

"Really?" Mason asked, lifting his head up from Brayden's leg.

"Yes, really. There's nothing to be scared of. You're stronger than whatever's scaring you! You're like Hercules! Whenever you feel scared, show them you're not scared of anything!"

"You're right! Thanks, Beyden!" Mason said, tightening his hug before letting go. He rushed to his room yelling, "I'm Hercules! Let's see who's the big guy now!"

Surely enough, an ear splitting sound from the thunderstorm was heard across town once again, and Mason shouted, "I'm not afraid of you! Arghhhh!!!!"

"I'm so proud of that little guy," Brayden said, after hearing Mason conquering his fears.

"Well, you did a good job teaching him, and he's really tough on his own."

"What can you say, his brother is pretty impressive," he said, laughing.

I started to pick up the stuff that fell out of the suitcase and Brayden started to help when he saw something, "Is that a crown?"

"Well yeah, it's really important to me and I carry it everywhere I go." I admitted, grabbing my crown.

"Kind of a lucky charm?"

"I guess you could call it that," I said, still sticking to plan of not telling anyone about my identity.

"It's getting pretty late, I gotta go to bed."

"Yeah me too, goodnight!" I told him.

He glanced at my crown, then at me, then back at the crown, them he looked me in the eye, smiled, and finally said, "Goodnight, princess."
