*Time skip to February 2004*
Tom KG's POV:
Sickening. Seeing Kelsey with Claude. Our school is doing a Valentine's Day dance and Claude is taking Kelsey. Tom M and Nareesha had dates while Frankie and Ariana went out of town. I on the other hand didn't. All the girls at our school were taken. I even tried to go for a brunette, but she was taken.
Tom can you go to the store for milk? Were out. Money's on the table. Dad asked me.
Nothing better to do. I mumbled grabbing the money & leaving. I walked out putting the money in my pocket and getting mt bike. I rode to the store and was chaining my bike when I saw a familiar face with blonde pixie cut hair.
Rian!! I called as I waved my hands to get her attention. Rian stopped walking and her face lit up.
Tom!! What are you doing here? Rian said running over to me.
I live around here. What are you doing here? I asked her.
Visiting my Aunt. Does the other Tom live around here too? She asked walking in the store with me.
Yeah he lives a couple minutes away from me actually. How long are you here? I asked.
Just a week unfortunately. I have to get back home cause I am missing a week of school. Rian said sadly.
Would you mind going to my school's Valentine's Day Dance this Friday? I asked jumping right to it.
I paid for the milk and we walked out towards my bike.
What couldn't get a girl around here? Rian asked with a smirk.
I'm out of their league. You well I'm out of yours, but I'm trying to win ya. I said making her laugh.
I don't have anything really for Valentine's Day. Rian said as we walked to my house; me walking my bike.
I'm sure mt friends Nareesha and Kelsey could let you borrow their clothing. I told her.
Well if they let me yes...I don't want to just- Rian said, but I interrupted.
Their the nicest girls around. I'm sure they will. I said as she smiled.
Nareesha's POV:
Door Nareesha please! My mother called out. I opened the door to reveal Tom and a girl I didn't know.
Hi Tom and? I asked.
Oh hi I'm Tom's friend Rian. Rian said sticking her hand out.
I'm Nareesha. I smiled shaking her hand.
Won't you two come in? I said letting them come in.
Who is it Nareesha? My mum said from the living room.
Tom and Rian. Friends. Were going upstairs mum!! I said as they followed me to my room.
So what's up? I said as I sat on my bed, Tom on the floor, and Rian who looked uncomfortable on my wall.
Don't be shy. Sit on my bed with me. I said smiling as she sat next to me.
Thanks. Rian said smiling.
So Nareesha, Rian's only here for a week and she's my date for the dance this Friday. Could you let her borrow something? Tom asked me.
Please. Rian added, Tom sticking his tounge out at her.
Sure. I laughed going to my closet.
This is going to be a bore for me so come 'round my place later you two. Tom said leaving.
