Chapter 13-Tris

2 more days until training resumes,and honestly,I can wait.Adrienne is starting to really piss me off.She never got sick,so during the past day she has been coming by our apartment,asking too see Four.When Tobias does answer the door,he tells her her rank will be one lower everything she comes, currently,she is 3 ranks lower.Adrienne hasn't been by since yesterday.I really hope she lays paws off my man.I'm afraid of him leaving me for her.Or anyone for that matter.I know that will never happen.Yet I'm still afraid.Suddenly Tobias come up behind me,and wraps his arms around me.I'm doing dishes,so I shut the water off as I turn around.
"Trissypoo when is your birthday?You've never told me." He uses my most hated nickname,but I don't mind much right now.
"It's today." I never really celebrated birthdays,since I was in Abnegation.Self indulgence was seen as sinful.
"TRIS!Why haven't you told be before!Happy birthday!" Tobias seems surprised,and taken aback that I'm not happy.
"I never told you because I never thought birthdays were a big deal.'' That's true,I don't know why getting a year older was a reason to celebrate.
"Tris,I'll be back in an hour.'' His voice seems rushed,as he picks up his keys."I love you!" The door shuts,and I'm left alone.I wonder why he had to go.I don't know anything about celebrating,so Lord knows what he could be doing right now.As soon as I dry the dishes,I hear the door slam open.I grab a knife,and spin around,only to find Christina.
"You're gonna break down my door one day Chris!" I'm surprised she hasn't yet,since this happens to often.
"One day when you spin around with that knife,you're gonna hit me in the chest and kill me." Christina states bluntly.She has a point,after all I could have killed her.
"I'm here to help you get ready,because you barely know how to put on lipstick." Here we go again.
