Obviously in episode 3x05 Barry and Cisco are roommates who don't always agree on things, so one idea would be that Barry would constantly be running out of the apartment to save the day. (Joe further proves this cannon in previous episodes when Barry had moved in with Joe again.)
2:08 a.m. Barry rushes out of the apartment, not so quietly; Cisco groans and ultimately rolls over and falls back asleep.
2:11 a.m. Barry returns to the apartment, not so quietly; Cisco groans again and decides not to bother Barry because he assumes Barry will go back to sleep.
2:57 a.m. Barry rushes out of the apartment for the second time, not so quietly; Cisco sends him an angry text.
3:02 a.m. Barry comes back, allowing the brisk air to follow him into the room.
Barry: Hey, Cisco! I brought some Big Belly Burger home to apologize. I'm so sorry, I won't go late night crime fighting again.
Cisco: Barry Allen. It is 3 a.m. Do you know what most people do at 3 in the morning?
Barry: ...
Cisco: Sleep, Barry, they sleep. I would like to be one of those people who are asleep. And you can have the burger that you got for me because, unlike you, I do not have a fast-acting metabolism and I cannot eat this early in the morning.
Barry: I'm-
Cisco: Sorry, yeah I know you are, but please, please, please try to be somewhat quiet.
Barry: Okay, yeah for sure, I will. Thanks so much, Cisco, for letting me stay here. It really means a lot-
Cisco: Goodnight!
Barry: Alright, goodnight.
