Asha
Anna hits at my temple before I even have time to think and my vision blurs and I'm sent reeling. I regain myself and throw my hands in front of my face, this is how you fight isn't it?
Anna steps forward again and I take two hits to my chest and I just wheeze, what were you thinking? Ray. That's what. I have to win for him.
I ball my fists and focus. Anna moves fast but her face is always off guard. She's too confident. I snap my fist forward and clock her jaw and she yelps turning away. I take my chance and kick at her legs but it doesn't affect her. She turns around and wipes a stream of blood from her chin. Then she shrieks and grabs my hair and rips, her hand coming away with a blonde chunk. Now that wasn't fair. I bite back tears and lunge for her grabbing her jacket and kicking my knee forward, she grunts and bends forward and I knee her in the face. "I'm sorry!" I shriek as I hear a crack.
You have you're chance. Kill her now. I step back and groan, my ribs hurt from the kicking I received from earlier and I feel dizzy. You entered for a fight you won't win. Yeah I did, but if it means I don't see Ray die. Its worth it.
Anna looks at me. Oh if looks could kill, I'd have been dead thrice over and buried again! Her jaw is hanging slack slightly. Nice one Asha, points for dislocation! She grunts again and punches me square in the side but I hardly feel it. I'm in enough pain its almost numbing, I step back slightly and Anna looks at me surprised. I laugh "It's gonna take more than that bitch."
She mumbles something but the angle of her jaw makes it hard. She cracks her neck and fixes her stance, and its at this point I realise I'm really dead. I'm most likely fighting with a killer. She jumps at me and I trip and we both hit the floor with a thud. The wind rushes out of my lungs and I must look like a fish out of water because she uses this as a chance to repeatedly hit me in the ribs, which I can't feel no more. I try to roll over but she's a lot heavier than me so it results in a pathetic attempt. Then I remember her jaw and connect my elbow to it, feeling it Snap again. I wince at the sound and she goes slack. I panic instantly, she's dead! Oh shit! Then she moves slightly and I sigh and roll her off me. Standing up I look down and hold at my ribs which are hurting like mad. "You should stay there now. No more fighting. I don't want to have blood on my hands." I nod to myself and walk back towards the church, limping as pain sears my side.
I hear a cough and turn around to see Anna swaying on her feet. She smiles lopsidedly and I look down a fraction to see she has hold of a gun. She lifts it and I raise my hand.
But I'm too late.
The gun goes off with a bang.
