I slip into Magnus' apartment after the unsuccessful search for Jace and (Y/N) after the ritual. I slowly walk into our room and see Magnus lying on his side. My eyes see an envelope with my name on it. I grab it and open it realising who it's from.
Rainstorm,
Please don't be upset. I need you to take care of Izzy and my father while I'm gone. I wanted so badly to tell you, but something told me not to. You know how much I trust my instincts too. My father knows where I am and soon enough so will you and Izzy. Please keep yourself and them well for when I return.

I turn to Magnus knowing he got a letter as well and that's why he's like this. He just got her back and now he's lost her once again.
