"Oh god no, not for a million dollars." I shake my head, gagging.

"Not for a million!?" Emma asks, while Mariana laughs at my reaction.

"Obviously, its Jackson! It's too weird." Mariana agrees, smiling a little.

Lexi shakes her head. "I can't believe you wouldn't have sex with Jackson for a million dollars."

"You would?" I raise my brows.

"Duh! It's A MILLION DOLLARS!" She puts her hands up.

"Oh for a second there I thought you liked him." Mariana replies.

Emma's face scrunches up. "What? No! That's-that's gross." We walk over to my locker, dropping off my bag. "Is that Nathan? How did he get hotter over the weekend?" Emma asks. I turn to see whoever Nathan is, and I grin to myself. He is hot.

"We used to play soccer together." Mariana says. "He's soooo annoying."

"We're so lucky we're in a school that has a lot of hot guys." I close my locker, leaning against it.

Emma snorts. "Yeah especially your little crush, James." I roll my eyes. "Shut up! I'm being serious, look at all the seniors." I point my head at the group of sexy, sexy teenagers who walk through the halls.

"Too bad we're freshmen, they would never go out with us." Mariana sighs.

"Maybe, but James isn't a senior, one of us have a chance." She glances over at me, her smirk covering half of her face. I roll my eyes. "He wouldn't go for me."

"Why not? You're hot." Mariana smiles. "And look he's coming by." I feel my heart skip a beat as I look forwards and my eyes land on him.

He walks with such pride, his eyes aware and dreamy. He wears his iconic leather jacket with a thin blue shirt, and casual jeans. His other friends walk slightly behind him, but no one ever seems to pay attention to them. His hairs is tousled, and his face is breathtaking. Sometimes I find myself unable to look at him for too long. His eyes land on mine and he smiles. The gesture looks normal but I feel my heart stop and my legs going liquid.

He walks off, patting one of his friends back. You can hear his laugh which makes my stomach bubble. It's sooooo hot.

"Okay it's time for you to not look like a moron!" Pushes Emma, as Mariana ties her arm with mine.

"Yeah, we get it, you're in love." She chuckles and I roll my eyes, but I can't stop the pounding of my heart.

It's not even five minutes later when Emma stops right at the door of my classroom.

"Oh my god." She gasp, looking up from her phone.

"What?"

"What's wrong?" Mariana and both say at the same time.

"I-"

"Girls, any day now, put the phone away or I'll be forced to take it." Mr. Rucker waves his hand, he's an elective teacher for French. Emma's eyes stay wide, shocked, and I frown. We walk into class, as she sits right in the front and Mariana and I both sit near the back. The bell rings and the teacher beings to teach. My phone vibrates against my hand and I immediately turn it on. It's a text from Emma. I swipe, put in my password and open her text.

'INSTAGRAM RIGHT NOW!' What? What's going on? Mariana and I both look at each other, getting the same message. I go onto the app and scroll down. But I see nothing, just selfies of girls, and guys or pictures of dog. I don't see what she's so- my eyes suddenly land on a photo. My mouth drops as I look at a naked picture of James's mother.

I remember she would always come and volunteer for things and practically everyone knew her face. I keep scrolling, finding new pictures of her touching herself and her naked body. Oh my god. Suddenly twitter starts blowing up and I tap on the notifications.

'I thought only James was a whore, I've never been so happy to be wrong'

'Well we all know where the good genetics come from'

'Who knew she was hiding all that under baggy clothes'

'Guess her husband wasn't enough'

'So is she a pedophile now???"

'Sorry, does Colton look like Mr. Roberts??' Colton? She sent those to Colton, James's friend. Oh my-

"God. Oh my god." Mariana gasps, covering her mouth.

"Mariana," my teacher yells. "Do you have something to-" another gasp comes from a girl across the room. Suddenly a guy starts laughing. "No fucking way."

"Excuse me! But there is no such language in this class, and no phones allowed!"

I jump as I hear a sudden bam, and turn to see a girl standing up, so abruptly the chair fell. "What the fuck!" Oh no. My veins fill with ice as it hits me. That's Colton's older sister.

"Okay that's enough, all-"

"Look at this! What the hell is this?!" She puts the phone in front of his face, and by the way his eyes widen, you can tell he's about to faint. "That thirty year old bitch sent that to my brother! I'm gonna fucking kill her." She storms off and the teacher goes after her. We all look at each other, our phones out and it's silent for a second. In unison we all stand up and run out of the classroom. And we aren't the only ones.

Teenagers come out of classrooms, looking at him. James speed walks down, his face sweaty and you can feel his anxiety through the air. I want to go touch him, hug him. Tell him everything will be fine. But I feel a bitter taste in my mouth.

Mariana grasps my arm and I notice Colton's sister walk up to him. He pauses just for a second, but in that second she throws a punch. People gasp as his head falls back and she takes that moment to punch his neck. The impact makes him fall and some people start cheering, my teacher runs to stop it but before he can get to her she kicks his side, straddles him and starts punching him over and over.

"You-son-of-a-fucking-bitch!" My teacher grabs her shirt trying to pull her off but she holds onto him, punching his nose, blood splattering all over that floors. James tries to fight back but she has him pinned down, and she's been wrestling for years. I take a step forward but stop when all the teachers finally start rushing, and peel her off him. She screams bloody murder while he turns to the side, spitting out blood. His friends run up to him, helping him up.

For the first time I'm thoughtless, nothing runs through my mind, my body can't react, my senses are gone. All I can do is watch. Like it's a movie or a tv show that you can't stop watching. My brain can't even process anything. One second he's up, the next he pushes one of his friends away, another and he's already down the hall, I hear his name being yelled

And everything goes black.
