Ion: killer of heroes and conquerors

Oceanside

On the other side of the island was Oceanside. Ocean side is the second biggest prison and largest military port.  It was a large complex with concrete and steel walls, multiple guard towers. The largest prison was Clearwater, it took me six hours with a team of three people with guns and powers to kill everyone in the vicinity. Now I am here to free victor and I have to think of a way to get through these walls, then the thought struck me.  I called up a few friends and engulfed the outside of the walls and the surrounding area in a dense heavy fog.. the guards at the gate were armed with AR-15's and started looking around, my strike team clicked and the two were shot down. I patched in my com and my voice was heard between the team "ok guys, ready the grappling hooks." I made a clear circle in the fog and we unloaded our packs and set up large tri-pods and shot hooks and they landed on the cat walk.

We ascended up the wall, I had my Ion uniform on and I took my knife and split the first guards head open, I absorbed the energy of the next and turned the last guard into a human bomb and threw him off the wall. The rest of my team got onto the catwalk and we opened up the maintenance entrance. Magnus, ruby and their team. My team surrounded the perimeter catwalk and put their guns into sniper mode. I repelled into a cell block and met up with Magnus and his team"why do you always wear a suit?"
"Why do you always wear a black lab coat with goggle and that hood?"
"Good point. C'mon, we gotta find hagan."

We started shooting up the rest of the prison until we got to the illegals cell block. Hagan was in his cell with a girl, Indian by the looks of it. I pulled the door off its hinges and the two stepped out. "Who's your friend here, hagan?"
"This is Anna, she can control water."
" good to know, let's get going." We ran for the gear lockers and armory, then I realized something. What if we used this place as a second base, showing that we couldn't conquered Oceanside and Clearwater, yes, good good. "Hey guys, let's kill the rest of the personnel in the building and then let's take this place as a base for our illegals?"
"Why would we do this?"
"Think of it like this, we now have more bodies to throw at the situation, more weapons for the bodies to use, and now more space to keep them, this place is right near the action and where the king is."  They said the idea sounded good and we started killing off the guard.

We trashed any of their traceable electrical equipment and we started bringing in the troops. We freed the prisoners and had them trained for combat, thy have their own rooms in the prison. We brought in the rest of our illegals and a few troops. In the yard we have a couple of trucks, weaponized transports and a few copters. In our little prison was now, Morgan, Shay, hagan, Anna, Magnus, Ruby, Me, Katherine, and Issac in our own little cells.

I woke up one night and I heard Magnus and Ruby screaming at each other. "I'm sick of this, Magnus, leave me alone!"
"Stop it Ruby, I'm done with you for the last time!" His hands started to glow and I stepped out into the hall in my shorts and t-shirt. I made a wall construct and separated them both. "I don't know what's going on between either one of you but just stay away from each other!" Ruby looked at Magnus, her eyes dead. " It's over, Magnus." She walked away to a different part of the prison. I disintegrated the wall and walked over to Magnus who was on his knees. I kneeled down. "It's gonna be ok dude, go to Katherine's room, she can help you out, I'll go get Ruby. We both got up and Magnus went to Katherine's room.

I went after Ruby and found her in the court yard. "Hello chase, why come here?"
"If we're going to be a team, we have to work together, what happened in there?"
"I'm sick of Magnus, I just couldn't do it anymore, he got into these weird funks sometimes and he did, bad things, to me at Clearwater, just can we please not talk about it."
"Fine, but let's get you back to your room, you need sleep." We went back into the prison. And back into the rooms. A little while after things were better again I felt someone walk in and slip into bed next to me. There was a faint whisper"sorry for bothering you chase, but I don't like being in a cell alone." I went to sleep soundly after that
