Kareena's POV:

Today is the day.

Doctor's appointment.

I don't know why it's such a big deal, I mean I know I'm pregnant. I've already been craving weird-ass things, and it seems my stomach is never at rest. But I guess that could be anything really...

I'm a horrible liar.

"Are we there yet?" I asked for the billionth time in the 10 minutes Legend and I had been in the car. I decided not to invite Carry, or Danny. They can both rot in hell for all I care.

"No. I'll tell you when we are. Jeez." Legend laughed

"Sorry, I'm just nervous man." I admitted, twidling with my hair

"Why?" she asked

"Going to the doctor means this is real. I guess up until now I just ignored it all." I shrugged

"I just want you to know, no matter what your decision is about this baby I'm going to support you the whole way through." she said, giving me a reassuring smile

"You said that before. I know I said I wanted to keep this baby but... I don't know. Being a single mom wasn't a part of my ten year plan. I'm supposed to go take my last few courses this year. How can I go to college and have a baby?" I asked sighing

"I honestly don't know. Your mom could help out?" she offered weakly

"You know mom and dad moved out to Colorado a few months ago." I said shaking my head

"Maybe you could send the baby to live with them while you finish school." she said

"That's rude for me to expect my parents to take care of my baby. And I couldn't promise that I'd want to go get him, or her, back. I'd get used to not having a child, then BOOM. Baby. I don't know, I don't think I could do it." I said wiping at my eyes to keep tears from leaking out.

"I know you're dead set against abortion... How about adoption?" she asked

"I don't -" I stopped mid-thought. I never really considered that. "Actually that's a good idea." I said

"Talk to your doctor about it, 'cuz we're here." she said turning off the car. I hadn't even noticed her pull into the parking lot.

"You go ahead, I'll lock up." Legend said as I hopped out.

"Okay, just go to the front desk and ask for the OBGYN." I said, she nodded as I walked into the front doors. Countless halls, turns, doors, and elevators later I made it to the reception desk of the 'Baby Wing'.

"Uhm, hi. I'm Kareena. I have an appointment for today." I said as I approached the desk.

"Hello, please sign in. And fill out these papers." she said shoving a clipboard with countless papers on it towards me. I smiled and took the clipboard even though on the inside I was screaming bloody murder. I took out my phone and checked the time; 12:45. I also noticed I had a few text messages. A few were from twitter and one from mom, and another from an unsaved number.

*From mom*

'Hey honey. Give me a call? Haven't talked to you in a while. Love you.'

I smiled, I love my parents. I've just been busy lately, being an adult isn't everything I imagined it to be. The next text sorta blew my mind.

*From #######*

'Yo, it's Max. Wanna hang today? Just you and me. Let me know'

Woah. Please tell me I imagined that. I read the message time and time again, the words were really there. I guess I'll text him back when I finish these papers. I picked up the pen and glared at the fake flower taped on the end of it. I hate pens like this. So stupid. I filled out form after form, answering so many weird questions like
