Chapter 6

Fishlegs

I was surprised of how brave Hiccup was protecting Astrid like that. I never seen this side of him before. As I was thinking, Hic looks at me.

"Fishlegs? What's the matter?" He asks me.

"Oh, me?" I stammered.

"Fishlegs, come on, tell me." He said, concerned.

"Well, it's how you protected Astrid like that. What's into you lately?"

"Well, I don't know. But we can discuss that later, ok? Right now we need to make a plan for rescuing Astrid from Drago."

"Ok, but you still didn't give me answers why you want to beat him so badly." I point out.

Hiccup

I aided Toothless and Fishlegs still doesn't get it that I am the only one have to defeat Drago, but I knew Fishlegs is the right person to know the truth.

"Hiccup?" I turned to the person who was calling me and it was Fishlegs. He seems confused of why I brought him here to the Cove of Berk.

"What is it, Fishlegs?" I asked him.

"Can you please tell me why we are here again?" He asks.

Astrid looks at me, " You didn't tell him?"

"I told him about Drago and his attempt to marry you, but the transformation spell on you, I didn't tell him about that."

"Transformation?" Fishlegs asks, confused.

She sighs as she notices the sky turned dark and the moon begins to rise.

Magic swirled around her and when it was over, she was transformed into the blue Nadder I saw the night before.

Fishlegs was so surprised of her appearance, that he stumbled backwards and fell into the river.

I laughed of his reaction.

"Wow, Fishlegs, don't tell me that this is not possible, because it is." I said.

He got out of the water, "Please, try to warn me next time!"

Toothless said, "This is why Stoick shouldn't know about this. If he does find out, there would be a war."

"That is the least of our problems." I concur.

As Astrid was about to say something, Drago appears again.

"Well, this is a sweet comfort group you have, Princess." He said.

"Don't you dare touch her!" I said, shielding the Nadder.

"You are a threat to my plans, boy." Drago said.

He raises his wand and I was dragging towards him!

Astrid

I gasp in horror.

"Hiccup!" I cried, grabbing his hand.

"Astrid, get out of here!" He said.

I said, "No! Not without you!"

"You have to! Go!" He said, urging me to escape the Wizard.

I looked at him with sadness in my eyes, "Hiccup."

Toothless, Fishlegs and I flew to the other side of the Cove, hiding ourselves in a cave.

"Uh, this is all my fault!" I groaned.

"Astrid, please calm yourself!" Toothless said.

"Toothless, how can I? Hiccup is captured by Drago!" I said.

"He let himself captured for you, Astrid." The Night Fury explained.

"W-What?" I stammered in surprise.

"Don't you see? He loves you, as you love him."

"I can't believe it." I said, but then looked at my friends.

"What we do now?" Fishlegs asks.

I looked at the sky.

"We are going to rescue Hiccup. That's what we're going to do!" I told them.

"A-Are you sure about this, Astrid? It could be dangerous." Toothless said.

"I'm not afraid of Drago, Toothless. And you can't stop me." I said, knowing I was right.

"Fine!" Toothless said, giving up.
