She showed him that stupid picture.
I made a mental note to get her later.

But, it was the last dance, so I let it slide for now.

The Doctor and I had already started slow dancing, and I saw Summer and Sherlock get up as well and mentally smiled.

"So...we actually cuddled..huh." The Doctor said awkwardly, cutting into my thoughts.

I nodded while rolling my eyes. "Yeah, guess so."

We stayed like that. Talking and dancing until the song was over. And it felt wonderful.

This was a feeling I'd felt once before. At my old school.

Though he turned out to be a jerk. He wasn't nearly as polite as the Doctor.

The Doctor's words pulled me out of my thoughts yet again.

"Gabi the dance is over." He said looking at me. He hadn't moved from where he was standing.

I mentally face-palmed myself. "Did I zone out..?"

He nodded. "Yeah, for a few minutes actually." He said his mouth turned up in a slight smile. "Come along Walters." Then he reached out his hand, gesturing for me to grab it and follow him.

I rolled my eyes slightly at his goofiness , and took his hand. "Lead on Doctor."

And with that we were out of the gym, soon joining up with Summer and the others.

I could see the excitement in her eyes when she noticed the Doctor and I holding hands.

I had to look away slightly as I felt my cheeks go warm.

For some reason the music for "Doomsday" popped into my head.

I started humming it, and the Doctor looked at me slightly confused but his lips were turned up in a smile. "I don't think I've heard you sing much less hum before Gabi."

Then I realized he hadn't.

I just continued humming and shrugged slightly, as we walked to our dorms.

I saw him smile out of the corner of his eye. "Well I like it" He said, facing forward again.

I, once again, blushed as a small smile formed on my face.

There was an awkward silence between our little group.

Followed by a gunshot.
(Yup we're bringing that back)

"I'm still thinking of more ways to keep getting you back Gabi" Summer said plainly but I could hear slight amusement in her voice.

I raised an eyebrow. "What as if sheer embarrassment wasn't enough?" I asked, noticing we were almost to our dorms.

She just smiled in response.

Crap, I wish I knew what she was planning.

I thought this as I saw something poking out from in front of mine and Summers dorm.

I recognized the texture of it immediately and groaned. "Awe man, just when I thought it would be a good day.."

At this the group turned towards me, though I didn't take my eyes off of  the thing poking out. I knew it was an angel. The question is, which type of angel was it?

"Gabi?" John asked. "You alright?"

I pointed at the piece of the angel poking out. I could tell now it was a part of its hand. So it's face was also facing us.

But it was covered.

"Well how are we supposed to get to our dorms now?" John asked, groaning slightly.

"Well who's up for a sleepless night figuring out what these angels are here for, or what type they are?" The Doctor asked.

I noticed he was grinning slightly.

"He must love this" I thought mentally sighing and shrugged, looking at Summer. "We can't get into our dorm anyways so we might as well."

She nodded, and I could tell she was a bit to tired to want to do this either.

"Well then." Sherlock said clapping his hands together. "Let's get started everyone, the game is afoot!"

And that's when our restless night of investigation started.

A/N: man I said this would be updated faster..sorry guys and sorry this chapter's a bit shorter than the others. And yes, sorry for the kind of cliffhanger I know how much everyone hates cliffhangers. (Every Supernatural season finale ever) anyways, why do you think the angel is outside Gabi and Summer's dorm and what do you think the night holds for them? You'll find out soon enough.
