The world starts blank and boring. Shades of black emphasize the dark, shades of white belong to the lightest, and shades of grey are the in-between. When you are born, everybody sees in black and white. That is until your soul has found it's soulmate, the one you're truely destined for. Only then, will the world change entirely-- with color. Once you see or touch your soulmate, the black, grey and white you see will slowly change to colorful colors. The more you see or touch your soulmate, the more colors appear right in front of your eyes until you see all the shades of colors. Once the two soulmates first interact with eachother, the first thing they see that has a colored tint to it will be the same object and the same color. Of corse people still dated each other even if they didn't give each other color. People still dated for the feeling of love. Most people live for two or three decades, 20 or 30 years of age, and see black and white until their other-half jumps in their life and change everything. Some people are lucky and will see color, with their loved one by their side, during their teenage years. Others won't see color until their 40s. The smallest amount of people won't see color at all throughout their whole life. And nobody wants to be that person because that's the saddest thing known to happen.
