September 21 ... 1 month
Tyler woke up in his bedroom snuggled in Josh's arms. He didn't move too much since he wouldn't want Josh to wake up. The older boy had slept over at Tyler's house. It wasn't intentionally but Josh had stayed to binge watch Netflix with Tyler and before Tyler knew it, Josh was asleep on the couch. He turned off the tv and actually carried Josh to his bed room after failed attempts to wake him up.
'Josh is not really a heavy sleeper, but I guess he was just tired. He's definitely a cute sleeper; he looks so peaceful. I want to be where he is when he sleeps. He's... just so, so adorable.'
Tyler pondered as he faced his boyfriend.
'Boyfriend. Soulmate. Other half. My peanut butter to my jelly. The one that makes me weak in the knees, yet strong-hearted. The one that let me see the colors - true colors. The tear in my heart. The One. My Lover.'Did I mention that they are both shirtless? Last night, Tyler was as red as a tomato when he took Joshua's shirt off before he laid him down. He remembered that when Josh slept over the first night, Josh told him he prefers to sleep without a shirt. Once it was off and Josh was laid down instead of sitting up, Tyler could stop staring; He knew it was creepy. Tyler thought that he would be used to seeing Josh shirtless by now, but damn. Josh had a really nice tummy. Last night, Tyler wondered if he should take off Josh's pants as well so he could sleep more comfortable but Tyler couldn't gain the courage to do the action. So he left Josh in his jeans. Tyler had changed into some basketball shorts and took his own shirt off. Why? To feel closer to Josh when he laid down close to him, as if a single shirt would distance the two so much. When Tyler climbed into bed and laid next to Josh, as if it were reflex, Josh hung his arm over Tyler's body and brought him closer. Tyler slept soundly, safely, so soothingly that night.
Now that it was morning and Tyler was wide awake, he stretched over to kiss Josh's nose lightly and settled back in his position. Josh, who already had his arms wrapped around Tyler, scrunched his nose and let out a low groan. He buried his face into the pillow his head was resting on.
"Ten more minutes, Ty." Josh said with his sleepy husky morning voice that was muffled a bit by the pillow.
Tyler wiggled his way out of Josh's hold and sat up on the bed. This made Josh bring his arms closer to himself and let out a whimper for the loss of body heat from Tyler.
Tyler got up and walked to his bathroom to brush his teeth and wash his face. When he entered his room, Josh was still laying down. Tyler walked over to 'his' side of the bed and saw how Josh looked so peaceful sleeping. Tyler signed.
Josh, wasn't really sleeping, just laying down and he couldn't get up from the bed cause it was super soft. Josh kept his eyes closed but he felt something shift off the bed.
"Tyl-" he was cut off by a pillow to the side his face; giggles following after.
"Wakey wakey, Joshy." Tyler said in a high pitched voice to make him sound child-like. "It's ten in the morning."
Josh didn't budge.
Tyler hit Josh with the pillow again "I wanted to get Chick-fil-A breakfast before they stop serving their breakfast menu." Tyler whined.
Josh sat up against the head board of the bed. He rubbed his eyes and kept his hands place on his face. He made a little opening between his index and middle fingers and saw that Tyler was shirtless. Without hesitation, Josh swiftly grabbed the pillow that was behind him and threw it at Tyler making him yelp in surprise.
"Not a morning person, aren't you?" Tyler sighed.
Josh shot a small glare and stuck his tongue out to Tyler.
