Frozen. Time for Tyler froze. The noise around him seemed as if the mute button of the remote has been pressed. Tyler heard nothing but the beating of his heart and his shakey breathing. Both felt like they were going faster than normal.

'This isn't black. This isn't grey. This isn't white. It- it's color. It's a color. Am I dreaming? Am I asleep? Did the guy I bumped into knock me out cold and I'm imagining all this? Th-that guy. Is he really... he must be... my.. My soulmate.... wh-where.. did.. he.... go?'
Tyler's mind rushed beginning to feeling light headed. He quickly plucked the small fragile dasies from the ground and ran toward the nearest thing that could support him. He stood against a metal leg that held part of the bleachers to control his balance.

"Tyler! There you are!" Jenna rushed over to Tyler once she spotted him in the crowd. "Why didn't you answer your phone, I called you like thre-" she stopped talking once he saw that Tyler was shaking and breathing uncontrollably, his eyes watery. She rushed to his side to aid him "Whats wrong Ty? Are you okay? Did someon-"

She was cut off by Tyler bringing up the two small daisies to her face. She had to steady his hand because he was shaking so much.

"Flowers?" Jenna questioned.

Tyler removed his hand from his mouth as he was covering it to hide his small cries and heavy breathing.

"T-the cen-center is-s not black o-or grey or wh-ite." He hiccupped quietly that his whispered words were almost unheard by Jenna.
-
They were now at Jenna's house, James was asleep and it was past 1 o'clock in the morning. She told Tyler that he could sleep over in the guest bedroom tonight, to which he only nodded to for his voice seemed to be caught in his throat.

The drive to her place was quiet, no music playing in the background or singing to the lyrics like they had done before. Tyler was left alone with his thoughts and Jenna knew that it's what he needed at the moment. Tyler held on to the daises and looked at them longingly throughout the drive.

The two were currently in the living room after both of them took a needed shower. Jenna walked up to Tyler with paper and a pack of markers in her hand. She plopped into the couch next to Tyler.

"Okay Tyler, this would help you. The daisy's center," she paused drawing a simple streak of the marker color onto the paper. "Is it this color?" She turned the paper, revealing a vibrant color it to him.

"Yes. It's the same." He grabbed the paper to look at it more.

"That's the color yellow." Jenna stated.

"Yellow." Tyler repeated in a happier tone with a smile now present on his face.

"Hmm," she made more streaks with different marker colors and revealed the paper to him. "And could you see any of these?"

Tyler's facial expression dropped. "No. Just that yellow one."

Jenna frowned. "That sucks. Did you see the person?"

"No. But I bumped into someone! That had to be the person right?" Tyler perked.

"Most likely-yes. Girl or boy?"

"Boy."

"Awwh. Tyler's soulmate is a boy. I knew it! How cuuute!" Jenna squeaked.

"Shh." Tyler giggled. "Shut up." Tyler began to blush.

"Awh, look at you, turning red and all." Jenna teased.

"Shut up" Tyler said shyly and and three a couch cushion at Jenna then brought his knees up to hide his head.
