Call

[ December 5, 2016 ]

Mika was about to have her dinner when she heard her phone ringing

M. Alyssa Valdez ♥ calling...

"Babe, kung di ikaw nagtext nun edi sino?" Alyssa quickly said as soon as she answered it.
"And oh. I miss you, Babe."

"I miss you too Babe." Mika smiled as she said those words.

"And hindi ko alam kung sino nagtext nyan, Babe." Mika said chewing down her food.
"Love ko kaya kahit anong text mo sakin. Kahit nga tuldok lang e."

There was silence on the other end. Mika looked at her phone to see if the call is still on going before she put it again on her ear. "Babe?"

"Wait lang. Kinikilig ako." Alyssa said.

Mika couldn't help but giggle. She could actually picture Alyssa's face right now. "I love you, Babe"

"I love you too, Babe." Alyssa said. "Uwi na kaya ako?"

"Hey, kakarating nyo lang kaya halos dyan." Mika said and took a bite of her food.

"Pero gusto ko nang umuwi e." Alyssa said.

Mika is sure Alyssa's pouting cutely right now and she smiled at the thought.

"Hay nako, Alyssa." Mika said.

"Babe, hanggang Thursday night pa kami dito." Alyssa whined. "Three nights without you."

"Yan ang napapala mo." Mika said with a laugh. "Nakailang aya na pala sila sa'yo panay tanggi ka pa. Di ko pa malalaman kung hindi sila Ate Bea mismo ang nagpaalam sa'kin matuloy lang kayo."

"Ayoko naman kasi pumunta dito ng wala ka." Alyssa said.

"Aww. Napag-usapan na natin to di ba? It's good for the both of us." Mika said. "Wag ka nang sumimangot. At 'wag mong subukang i-deny."

Alyssa sighed. "Di ko naman dineny ah."

Mika could feel the sadness in Alyssa's voice.

"Babe, for sure madami kang batang matuturuan dyan. Mga future Phenom or Taft Tower." Mika said trying to ease Alyssa's sorrow.

"Pwede namang tayo yung gumawa ng sariling future phenom at taft tower e." Alyssa said.

"Alyssa!" Mika said cheeks burning.

"Ayaw mo?"

"Sinabi ko ba?" Mika said, her face getting redder

"Practice tayo pagbalik?"

"Alyssa!" She said sternly. Seriously, she's going to explode any minute due to shyness.

"Okay. Stop na." Alyssa said laughing. "Nag-dinner ka na?"

"Ngayon pa lang." Mika said and took a quick bite of her food. "Thank you sa adobo."

"Masarap?" Alyssa said

Mika only hummed as she chewed a mouthful of food.

"May mas masarap pa dyan." Alyssa seductively said.

Mika choked and drank a glass of water.

"Babe?" Alyssa said worry in her voice.

"I'm okay, Babe." Mika said in between coughs. "Medyo nabulunan lang."
