An Untold Story

This is not a Date

Mika and Alyssa decided to meet at the cafe they first met after their morning practice.

Mika wanted to arrive early but arrived late due to Ara and Kim kept on bugging her.

- Flashback -
"Daks, tara lunch." Ara said gathering her things. "Shower lang ako saglit."

"Uy, mag-da-date sila." Kim teased

"Inaaya lang mag-lunch date agad?" Ara said perking her eyebrow

"Bakit? Valentine's ngayon tapos kayo lang. Yieee." Kim goaded

"Pass muna, Daks." Mika said cutting the two off as she put her things in her sling bag. "May pupuntahan pa kasi ako."

"At san ka pupunta aber?" Kim said hands on her waist

"Nanay lang?" Mika said with a chuckle. "Babalik din ako agad."

"May date ka no?" Kim said teasingly

"Eto puro date ang nasa utak."  Ara scolded Kim. "Di ba, Daks?"

Rather than answering the question, Mika just smiled at them and continue cleaning up her things.

"May date ka talaga!?" Ara exclaimed startling them

"Galit lang, Wafs?" Kim said as she had her hand on her chest due to shock. "Wag ka ngang nanggugulat."

"Sorry." Ara said shyly. "Pero Daks di ka pwede makipagdate."

"Bakit naman?" Kim asked folding her arms

"Oo nga bakit?" Mika asked and folding her arms too

"K-kasi m-may practice mamaya." Ara said stuttering

"Mamaya pa namang 7pm yun ah." Kim said raising her eyebrow

"Oo nga mamaya pang 7pm yun ah." Mika said mimicking Kim's tone earning a glare from the latter.

"Ah alam ko na kung bakit ka ganyan." Kim said smiling as she shakes her head. Ara fidgeting as she waits for Kim to continue. "Gumaganti ka kay Ye kasi pinigilan ka namin nung nakaraan. Naku, ikaw talaga Wafs."

"O-oo! Yun!" Ara said as she seemed relieved. "T-Tapos sya makikipagdate lang nang basta basta."

Kim put an arm on Ara's shoulder and shifted her far from Mika, their backs on her.

"Wafs, yaan mo na. Nakita mo naman yung eyebags nun di ba? Di yan natulog sa sobrang excited. Saka di ba kanina pa yan naka-ngisi. Wala na ngang tulog nakuha pang ngumiti. Sige ka baka mabaliw yan." Kim said and Ara just sighed as she nodded in return.

Ara and Kim then turned to face Mika but the latter is now at the middle of the gym cautiously walking away from them.

"Daks!" Ara called Mika out. "Ganyanan ah!"

Mika stopped with a sly smile. She slowly walked back to them but then immediately changing course as she sprinted towards the exit.

"Maya na lang! Love you!" Mika shouted as she leaves the gym.

Mika enters the cafe and immediately landing her eyes on Alyssa whose wearing a plain white shirt and short shorts.
