An Untold Story

Runaway

[ December 12, 2016 ]

Alyssa returned from Palawan on late Thursday night but she stayed at her Momager's apartment till Saturday due to work.

Saturday night, Alyssa is planned to meet Mika at their apartment.

As soon as Alyssa opened the door, Mika literally ran to hug her but the hug didn't last long when Alyssa spoke.

"Runaway with me." Alyssa said in a whisper

"Huh?" Mika said looking at her, unsure what Alyssa meant.

"Sa Japan. Five days." Alyssa said holding Mika's hand. "We're leaving this Sunday afternoon."

"Teka.. " Mika said still unable to process everything.

"Actually di runaway e kasi ipinagpaalam kita." Alyssa smiled brightly, "Pupunta sila Papa sa Tokyo tapos Osaka kaya sasabay tayo pero syempre bubukod pa rin tayo ng lakad."

"Uhm." Mika lost for words and just looking at the woman she loves excitingly talking about going to Japan.

"Babe?" Alyssa lightly shaking Mika. "Ayaw mo?"

"Gusto!" Mika exclaimed "Pero agad-agad talaga dapat?"

"Babe," Alyssa said and pulled Mika to sit at the couch. "Isa sa bucket list natin ang out of the country trip, though hindi sa Paris, let's take this chance and do so. I promise pupunta tayo ng Paris pero ngayon sa Japan muna."

Silence.

Alyssa's sweating nervously. Mika was just staring at her, face unreadable. Was it too sudden? Am I making things uncomfortable?

Mika bowed her head and now her shoulders are rising and falling. Mika looked up and she realized that she was laughing. She was laughing at her.

"Babe. Kahit na ngayon pa sasama ako." Mika said cupping her face.

Alyssa frowned. "Tama bang tawanan ako?"

"Seryoso mo naman kasi masyado, Babe." Mika said pecking a kiss to her lips. "Tulungan mo akong mag-impake?"

"Hmm sige. Buti na lang love kita." Alyssa smiled and made a quick kiss from Mika.

-The Next Day-

"You guys know the drill." Momanager said to them and handed their tickets.

They nodded. Being their relationship is a secret from everyone, except from a few friends, rules are implied to make sure to keep it that way even with this trip.

No one should know about this trip. No pictures. No post. No interactions. Not until they landed in Japan. Meaning they're taking different flights.

Alyssa's flying with her family while Mika is travelling with a friend of them.

They're lying on their bed. Alyssa being the smaller spoon and Mika the big spoon.

"Babe sobrang excited na ako." Alyssa said looking like a kid in Christmas.

"Di nga halata, Babe e." Mika said in a chuckle.

"May gusto ka bang puntahan dun?" Alyssa said playing with Mika's fingers

"Hmmm. Gusto ko ulit kumain dun sa Japanese restaurant na kinainan namin last time." Mika said

"Sige puntahan natin yun." Alyssa smiled.

Alyssa's phone rang and Mika extends her arm to reach it by the table.

"Hello?" Alyssa answered it while still lying on bed with Mika. "Ah ganun po. Sige po pababa na ako."
