[ May 23, 2015 ]

Panaginip lang 'to. Tama? Alyssa thought as she stares at Mika standing in front of their dorm's door with a smile that is enough to melt her.

"Hi." Mika said with her charming smile.

"Hi." Alyssa responded, shyly

"Busy ka?" Mika said

"M-Medyo." Alyssa replied in a stutter.

"Ah. S-sige babalik—." Mika was about to say she was leaving, turning away from the door, when Alyssa spoke again to stop her.

"Ah hindi ano. Okay lang." Alyssa said and Mika's face lightens up as she smiled.

"Pwede ba akong pumasok?" Mika asked as she cautiously pointed inside the dorm.

"Ah! Oo. Sorry. Sige tuloy ka." Alyssa replied and opened the door so Mika could enter their dorm.

"Salamat." Mika replied. Only with a step into the dorm, Mika faced her. "Para pala sa'yo." Mika shyly told her as she handed her a single red rose she didn't knew Mika was carrying.

"S-salamat." Alyssa thanked Mika. She could feel her cheeks blush at the gesture. "Upo ka." Alyssa said and motioned at the nearby family couch. Mika sat at the middle of it while Alyssa sat on the single couch, her hands playing with the rose she has on her hand.

Silence.

They sat in silence for at least a minute or so when Mika decided to break it.

"Goodluck." Mika said caught Alyssa's attention. "Goodluck sa SEA Games."

"Thank you." Alyssa shyly thanked Mika. "Sana nga sa future maging teammates tayo and we'll represent the country together." Alyssa added with a smile and Mika nodded.

"Sana nga sa future maging tayo." Mika said and Alyssa's eyes grew wide as she looks at Mika who's now smiling brightly. "Okay na din yung maging teammates, pero mas gusto ko yung sinabi ko kanina." Mika added casually. "Yung maging tayo." Mika repeated along with slightly biting her lower lip that Alyssa had to look away subconsciously mimicking the way Mika bit her lip as she felt her cheeks burn.

"K-kumain ka na?" Alyssa asked as she stood to stand next to the dinner table few steps away fromr them. "May adobo dito." Alyssa said and opened the food cover to show the adobo that was at the center of the table.

Alyssa looked back at Mika who was sitting at the couch moments ago only to see the latter's face mere inches from hers, peeking off her shoulder.

"Mukhang masarap ah." Mika noted and Alyssa stubbled a bit as she took few steps away from Mika. "Okay ka lang?" Mika asked.

Baliw ka ba? Sinong magiging okay na muntik na kitang mahalikan sa sobrang lapit mo? Alyssa thought as she tried to collect her thoughts.

"Ha? Ah. Oo." Alyssa said with a forced laugh.

"Ly, actually, I'm here for a reason." Mika said and Alyssa swallowed hard as the former starts walking towards her. "Aayain sana kitang—."
