"so, where are you from? you don't sound like you're from here."

"i'm from norway actually, i came here for college."

travis took another piece of chocolate. they hadn't touched the third bar, travis wanted to make hot chocolate with that later.

"norway? wow, never been."

"you should."

"will you come if i am?"

sam looked into travis' auburn eyes and smiled at him, kind off laughing it off.

"sure."

they both smiled again.
they had known each other for less than two hours, but they felt save. no awkwardness, no painful silence.

just travis and sam.
