Chapter 2/ Family get together's/ Starting school

"Princess wake up its today" I heard my Mum say as I opened my eyes. I just realised today is our family get together, which means we catch up with are whole family on my mums side.

I got up and walked to my wardrobe to pick out an outfit but my mum called my name "Emelie I've already got you an outfit that your excepted to wear" my mum said I turned around and she was pointing to a purple strapless dress that had lace all over it and gold high heels. "You expect me to wear them" I say.

"Yes I do and Emelie we'll be downstairs waiting for you" my mum said while walking out of my room. I huffed and walked to were my mum put my dress and my heels, I took my pjs of and chucked my dress on.

It was a tight dress, I went to my mirror to check myself out I thought I looked nice I zipped my dress up then walked into my bathroom and did my hair and makeup, I walked back out and saw my gold heels I put them on and walked downstairs.

My parents were waiting for me to come downstairs, "how do I look" I asked while twirling around in my dress. "My dear you look stunning" my father said "your beautiful" my mum said.

"Sissy I like your dress" Chase said. "Thank you chase" I said while we walked out the door and headed off to our family get together, "hey mum will all our cousins be there?" I asked " I'm pretty sure sweetheart I guess we'll just have to find out" my said I just smiled and just sat back and relaxed.

"I can't wait for Emelie to get here she always looks stunning in her outfits" Sophia said with excitement "Yes I know she is always looking gorgeous" Nora said. "I wonder what she'll be wearing this year?" Sophia said.

We arrived at the family get together, there were so many people here I thought to myself, my parents pulled up in a car park and we all got out, I turned around and grabbed my purse which had my phone in it, I was doing stuff for chase when I suddenly heard my name getting shouted I turned around and it was Sophia, she was running towards me I knew she was going to jump on me so I got prepared, just as she came she jumped on me I caught her and hugged her tightly,"My god em I missed you heaps" Sophia said while hugging me, I let go and she stood up.

She was always a head taller then me and she was 2 years younger then me, "I missed you two" i said. "Where's aunt Nora" I asked, "somewhere around here" she said,"soph" I heard a little cute voice say, it was Chase he was running towards Sophia, sophia Picked him up and hugged him while chase played with her hair.

We all started walking to talk to our couisin's uncles and aunts, chase was crying which always annoyed me, my parents would always comfort him but I always thought to let him carry on, we walked up and the first people we said hello to was my nan and pop they always used to spoil me and chase, "Hi nan hi pop" I said while giving them a hug, "Hi dear" my nan said "Hi pumpkin" my pop said, my pop always called me pumpkin because when I was little I tripped over a pumkin on Halloween, and ever since then he calls me pumpkin.

Me and Sophia walked over to are uncles and aunts and said hello, then we walked over to get some juice when suddenly someone tapped me on the shoulder I turned around and it was my twin couisins, with there blue eyes staring cold at us and there long brown hair. "Well I see are cousins are here" 1 of the twins said "Yeah and there ridiculous outifits" the other twin said. "Well at least we don't always walk around thinking we're so cool" Sophia said "We Don't Sophia" the twins both said and walked off.

"Ugh I hate them" I said whale walking off with Sophia "they had a rough life and they always take it out on us it annoys me" Sophia said "yeah I know" I said back, I was looking around when I saw my aunt, "There's aunt Nora" I said while running towards her.
